The Smell Test The final test you need to complete might be the most important. The truth is, pet odours and smoke odours can send a buyer straight back out the door before they even get past your foyer. Your only remedy may be to thoroughly clean your home, paint when necessary, and replace any permanently ruined carpets and carpet pads. Sometimes, if your home is already clean and the odours in it are very mild, a few fresh scent plug-ins are all it takes. Once you’ve completed this list, pick up the phone and call Shan Hasan. He will passionately commit himself to helping you and your family sell your home and find your next dream home or investment property.
