Product specifications are subject to change

made to SI International System of Units

USCS (inch/pound system) measurements
are approximate within normal industry
tolerances.
Returns
Returns will not be accepted without prior
written approval by THREE H.
Returns must be authorized by Head Office.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to
properly protect products for return
shipment.
Cancellations and changes
All acknowledged orders are considered as
firm and are not subject to change or
cancellation without approval by THREE H
head office.
Cancellation charges up to 40% of the order
value may apply.
THREE H will not accept changes to
specials or custom items once scheduled for
production.
Damaged merchandise/Claims
All merchandise is inspected and packed
prior to shipment. It is the responsibility of
the dealer to file a claim for any damage or
loss in transit directly with the carrier.
Obvious damage or shortages should be
noted on the freight bill and a claim filed
immediately with the carrier. Concealed
damage should be reported to the carrier
immediately upon discovery.
Any claims against THREE H for apparent
defects, errors or shortages must be made
by the purchaser, in writing, within ten (10)
working days after delivery. Failure to make
a claim within ten (10) days shall constitute
acceptance of the goods and a waiver of
any apparent defects, errors or shortages.
Warranty
THREE H Manufacturing Ltd. warrants for a
period of ten (10) years from the date of
delivery to the original purchaser, the product
manufactured by THREE H to be free from
defects in material or workmanship when
properly installed under normal use.
Some variation in finishes is characteristic, in
terms of colour and texture and does not
constitute a defect.
The obligation of THREE H under this
warranty is limited to the repair or
replacement, at the option of THREE H,
F.O.B. purchaser’s destination, of any
product or component found defective by
THREE H.
This warranty is void if the product has been
subject to misuse or has been altered by
agents not authorized by THREE H.
