EHOB’s WAFFLE® Brand Static Air Line includes mattress overlays, mattress replacements, seating cushions, day chair pads, and lower limb protectors for early
intervention through Stage IV pressure ulcers. The acquisition of the DermaCare® Foam Product Line in 1998
extended our continuum of care to include products for
comfort and prevention for minimal risk patients. And, in
2006 EHOB acquired the LaMed product line, adding a
splint (AFO) to the family of products.

The L-shaped splint promotes neutral ankle
alignment and helps to prevent foot drop
and ankle contracture. Splints are used
with the AFO product only. The attached
anti-rotation bar folds out and locks into
place. No tools required.

butyl-neoprene coating to facilitate ideal moisture vapor transmission rates.

Secure - Velcro fasteners, located on the underside of the mattress,
secures mattress to frame. Built-in handles allow for easy transport and
evacuation.
Tested - Cover and foam are antimicrobial and meet the most stringent of
flammability requirements - CFR 16 Part 1633. Products will also meet
flammability requirement CAL 129 and 603 if purchased with fire barrier
fabric. Inserts - Inserts are available in Energia or Visco foam.

ALL WAFFLE® PRODUCTS ARE LATEX AND DEHP FREE
Orders: All orders are subject to final acceptance by EHOB, Inc.
Standard Items: Standard items are shipped in full cases. WAFFLE® brand items are shipped the second day following receipt of order. Retail packaged items, special orders, and DermaCare® brand items are shipped up to 4 weeks
following order. Please contact our customer service department for exact delivery dates for all shipments.
Special or Custom Orders: Are noncancelable and nonreturnable. Orders in less than case quantities are subject to
a 20% repackaging charge. Drop ship requests are subject to a 20% charge.
Terms: Net 30 days with approved credit application on file. Prepaid and credit card orders are accepted as well.
Freight: F.O.B. Origin
Returns: Returned merchandise will be accepted only with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number from EHOB
customer service. Returns for credit or exchanges on WAFFLE® products must be made within 90 days from invoice
date and are subject to a 20% minimum restocking charge. Returns for credit and exchanges on DermaCare foam products must be made within 30 days from invoice date. The RGA number must by clearly marked on the exterior of the
container or the shipment may be refused. The merchandise must be unopened, undamaged, in saleable condition and
must be in full case quantities. Custom and special order items can not be returned.
Warranty: All EHOB products are backed by a limited warranty that varies in duration depending on the product. Products found defective in workmanship or materials will be replaced provided failure is not the result of abuse or misuse,
alteration or modification, and occurred within the specified warranty period. Tampering with product voids warranty;
Example: glue or any unauthorized patching device. Please contact our customer service department for full details.
Product warranties are in lieu of warranties for merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties
expressed or implied.

Brand Product Line. This is achieved by blending in precise amounts of bacteria-fighting additives, directly into the formulation of the product. These additives inhibit the growth of the following bacteria: Klebsiella pneumoniae; Escherichia
