provide attractive margin, strong growth potential and synergies with its current
business (high-rise condo/single home) as evidenced by its JV with Charn Issara
for condominium projects and a wholly-owned subsidiary Mana Patanakarn Co.,
Ltd. for single houses including Villa Baranee and Baranee Park
