The selected hotels have been divided in groups according to their distance from the venue, position and/or
service quality.
Secretary will proceed with the allocation in the hotel, chosen within the structures of the Group and under
control of availability. The hotel details will be communicated upon final confirmation/invoice.

Accommodation Tax is not included in the quotes and it must be paid directly to the hotel when checking out.
Accommodation tax varies by accommodation type and will be calculated per person.

CANCELLATIONS
It will be possible to cancel reservations that have already been confirmed no later than the 30th of November 2012.
All cancellation must be received by that date and in writing. 10% of the total amount will be kept to cover
administration services.
