Sam Rutigliano, coach of the famed
“Kardiac Kids” Browns, led the 1980 Browns
to the AFC Central Division Championship.
Rutigliano received NFL Coach of the Year
honors for the 1980 season. When Sam left
the Browns in 1984, he went to work for NBC
and had his own pre-game show on ESPN.
In 1989, he went to Liberty University in
Lynchburg, VA, where he became the
winningest coach in the school’s history.
Beginning 2005, Coach Sam became a Browns
analyst for WKYV channel 3 in Cleveland (NBC),
and also for SportsTime Ohio.

UPGRADE KITS
The warranty extension will allow a homeowner to increase the original warranty of the water heater from 6 to 10
years on both the tank and parts. The upgrade is available for selected residential water heaters Level 1 most standard models and Level 2 for TTW/
PDX/DS/DH/M2XR & PE/M2-HE’s. This upgrade requires a registration form be completed and returned to Bradford White. For more information on

ACCESSORY MODULE:
INLET SHUT-OFF VALVE PACKAGE:
The first step in the ICON Accessory Package is the Accessory Module, through
which all of the accessory packages are powered and controlled. Multi-color LED
status indicators monitor the Accessory Package, and Diagnostic Codes signal leak
detection. Inlet shut-off valve status feature an audible alarm that is activated if a
leak is detected.
An upgrade to leak protection beyond the audible alarm, the INLET SHUT-OFF Valve
Package away from home...NO ONE can hear the audible alarm...this will eliminate those
FEARS by closing off the cold water inlet once corrected the , the Accessory Module
opens the valve, and normal flow continues the Inlet Shut-off valves mounts directly to the
water heater or at any point up stream of the tank.

PROTECTION PACKAGE: Leak Detection
This package features an electronic sensor that attaches to base of the water
heater and, in the event of a leak, triggers the audible alarm integrated in the
Accessory Module which in turns interrupts burner operation once corrected, the
Accessory module re-sets both the leak detection sensor and gas valve so normal
operation can continue. Sensor can be mounted inside the drain pan, if there is no
drain pan, there is a rubber dam which is installed around base of tank.

Ohio Plumbing Code Chapter 11
Learn about ADA barrier free requirements and the differences between
requirements for the elderly, handicap, and ADA. Review shower and
bathroom requirements with regards to handles and grab bar placement. Basic information and design requirements, plus ADA act info will
be discussed.
This course will cover service checking single and two stage Heat Pumps
for fall operation. Topics include choosing which cycle to run the heat
pump in during checkout. Also covered, calculating temperature rise and
CFM with both electric and fossil fuel furnaces, calculating superheat and
subcooling, and weighing in the proper charge during heating cycle.
Upon completion of this course, students will be familiar with how plumbing
practices applies to: construction, alteration, movement, enlargement,
replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy location, maintenance, removal, and demolition of every building or structure or any appurtenances connected or attached to such buildings or structures.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to design a storm
drainage system, know where to drain a storm drain and how to install
both primary and secondary roof drains.
Traps Text 2007: Ohio Plumbing Code Chapter 10
Upon completion of this course, students will understand how to install
traps for the safety and the performance for the plumbing system, avoid
the installation of prohibitive traps and interceptors, protect the trap
seal, and to discern the proper use of Interceptors.
CFC Certification/Testing
This course prepares HVAC-R technicians with the knowledge needed to
respond professionally to current and future environmental challenges. Refrigerant Transition Recovery Certification Program, EPA approved program
covering Type I, II and III appliance testing. Due to agency requirements this
course can not be discounted. CFC Certification course fee $99.

Drain Sizing Text 2007: Ohio Plumbing Code Chapter 7
In this course you will learn how to interpret the National Electric Code
for your specific work projects. With this training you will also learn how
to use the code book as a tool to understand that you are doing the
right thing. Items covered include: Overcurrent protection, grounding,
surge arresters, tvss, wiring methods, conductors for general wiring, enclosures and boxes, requirements by cable type, requirements by conduit type, flexible cords and cables, fixture wires, switches, panel boards
and switchboards.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to have a general knowledge of pipe standards for both underground and above ground installations.
Plus understand the drainage fixture unit load for sizing and trap sizing.
Hydronics 201
Hydronics 201 is a more in depth look at closed systems, types of piping,
primary/secondary systems and flow rates, Pump sizing, filling, purging,
accessories and system start up will also be discussed. Also learn more
about pump types and reading pump curves.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to understand the installation of the various methods of venting and identify the various methods
of venting.

This is the second of two courses on the Mitsubishi M&P series mini split
systems. This course will cover start up, operation, functional operation
and troubleshooting.
What You Need to Know About the

In this course you will learn how to interpret the National Electric Code
for your specific work projects. With this training you will also learn how
to use the code book as a tool to understand that you are doing the
right thing. Items covered include: Introduction, definitions, Installation
requirements, branch circuits, feeder circuits, outside branch circuits and
feeders, and services.
NATE Core and Gas Heat Review Plus Test
Core and Gas Heat review in the AM and Test afternoon. Tests offered
will be Core Service, Gas Heat Service, Heat Pump Service, Oil Heat
Service and Air Distribution Service. Other tests available by request via
