GENERAL BACKGROUND
DAA are an established architectural and design practice with a wide range of
experience in a wide range of fields established in 1983. The company has since grown
from strength to strength with the patronage of esteemed loyal and stable clients.

Over a period of 25 years, DAA Architects have been privileged to have been involved in
the design and execution of a considerable number of projects across varied sectors:
Institutional buildings, Hospitals, Sports Stadia, Educational buildings, Industrial buildings and
estates, Hospitality and Retail developments.
In recent years, DAA has specialised in the design of retail and hotel developments.
Our design team have had the opportunity of working with a number of Major hotel
chains, and have also collaborated with a number of International design teams.

major focus.

The design incorporated a number of installations not common to Nigeria :
Plumbing – re-use of grey waters
Hot water – using heat recovery process – a first in Nigeria.
