Page 2 Monthly Mooseletter From the Governor A lot happened at our Lodge in July. The closing took place for buying the building and property and the building committee, Alonzo Wentworth, Larry Beal and George Eaton, have done a great job taking care of business. Many members have stepped up to give their time helping out with things that need to be done at the Lodge without even being asked. It’s good when people see things that need to be taken care of and jump in to do it. Thank you Pat Kane, Ricky Lemoine and Geoffrey Smith who put up our fence out back. Our license is in and we may now take drinks outside but no drinks are allowed outside of the fence. Great job Mooseketeers with the car wash and all members who helped make it a success. Also, thank you Pat Jordan for allowing the car wash to be held at R.F. Jordan’s and being such a big help getting the new group started. I’d also like to thank the anonymous grill donor for all to enjoy who also donated the letters for the sign outside. I hope to see the effort shown to take care of our Lodge continue. Especially now that we have a mortgage to pay! Your Governor Jack Wentworth A huge thank you to the Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce for their assistance with mailing!
