Hotel personnel are not eligible to use Metro’s Niagara Falls Trolley
Day Passes. If operators suspect employees of improper use, the
appropriate hotel will be notified and action taken. Operators cannot
accept trolley passes that have been tampered with in any manner.

A regular Metro bus may be substituted for a trolley bus
on occasion. Please look at the destination signs on the

Passengers without a Trolley Day Pass from a hotel may
use trolley service with any valid Metro pass or $2 cash
fare. Senior citizens (65 and older), individuals with
disabilities, Medicare cardholders with proper ID and
children ages 5-11 pay reduced fares (see nfta.com for
details). Children four and under ride free with a fare
paying adult, a limit of three free children per fare paying adult. All Metro vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
