to the bottom of the auction page. You will need to wire transfer a deposit
of 25% of your expected purchase amount to the auctioneer in advance of
the sale in order to be pre-approved the morning of the sale online by the
Auctioneer. You will then be able to bid on www.bidspotter.com.

Buyer’s Premium. A minimum deposit of 25% on all lots purchased is required at
the time of sale in cash, certified or cashier’s check. Company or personal checks

unqualified payment to Koster Industries Inc. All checks must be made payable to
the order of Koster Industries Inc. Direct bank wire transfers to the account of Koster
Industries Inc. on balances due will be accepted with prior arrangement. No lot may
be removed until complete settlement is made.
For example, if you plan to spend $25,000 USD at the sale, you will need to
wire $6250 USD in advance. If you are unsuccessful at the sale, your deposit
will be wire transferred back to you in the days following the auction sale.
