this a success. Please,
please consider helping us
with this major event.
You should have received a
renewal form (in the mail)
for your 2006-07
membership. If you have
already sent in your
renewal, thank you, otherwise, to insure the smooth running of
the Chapter, please send it in today. If they do not already
support your membership, consider asking your Church or
Synagogue to fund the fee as part of your professional
development.
On Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at 6pm, the 2006 Annual Meeting &
Banquet will start at the First Congregational Church of
Sunderland where we will have a presentation, demonstration,
and open console of the J. H. & C. S. Odell pipe organ (Opus 109,
1871, 1 manual, 7 ranks, mechanical action). Come and
experience a hand-pumped organ! Hibachi dinner at Goten
Restaurant of Japan follows. Please read the Invitation and menu
inside for more information and reservation requirements.
The Nominating Committee (Barbara Huber, Ron Shepard, and
John Anderson) has presented the slate of officers for 2006 –
2007 to the Board and sent a ballot to all voting members. Please
return it in the envelope included in the mailing. Slated for reelection are myself (Dean), Rod Gisick (Sub Dean), Martha
Sienkiewicz (Secretary), Peter Beardsley (Treasurer), Donald
Hooton (Director), and Warren Hutchinson (Director). The
Committee also nominated Mary Jeanne Tash to fill the Director
vacancy created by the resignation of Susanne Anderson.
