1919 NV Handelbouw en Cultuur Maatschapij:
The history of Sintesa Group began with the
establishment of
N.V Handelbouw en Cultuur
Maatschappij in 1919 by Mr. Oey Kim Tjiang with rubber
plantation as the main business
1959 Tigaraksa :
In 1959, the company was renamed to PT. Tigaraksa by
Mr. Johnny Widjaja and his brothers with distribution
and trading as the key business success
1999 Sintesa Group :
In 1999, Shinta Widjaja Kamdani (The 3rd generation of
the Widjaja family) started Sintesa Group based on a
rooted entrepreneurship tradition of the family

S.Parman, one of Jakarta’s main district with an

form. In July 1993 PT. Tira Austenite went
public, and its shares were listed in the
Indonesian Stock Exchange
