This is a vigorous system of treatments
designed to energize the body by stimulating
circulation. Five basic strokes, all flowing
toward the heart, are used to manipulate the
soft tissues of the body. Swedish massage has
shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint
stiffness, and improving function in patients
with osteoarthritis of the knee. It has also been
shown to be helpful in individuals with poor
circulation.

Deep tissue massage is designed to

All our packages include spa cuisine, breakfast or lunch and non-alcoholic refreshments. The spa manager creates new packages/ specials, which
are sent as part of the monthly newsletter.
Pelonngwe Spa Time
Schedule time to receive a personal and detailed consultation upon your arrival. Your therapist will guide you in the choice of treatments that
will be of maximum benefit for you. Pelonngwe Spa Time is scheduled for a minimum of two hours; simply reserve the time and we will take care
of the rest.
How To Use The Spa
Opening hours – 09h00 to 21h00 daily.
Book your treatments at least a week in advance in order to ensure availability.
Request a personal consultation with our therapists, who will advise you on the treatment that will best suit your individual needs.
Kindly switch off cell phones and electronic devices so you and others may fully enjoy the peaceful and tranquil spa environment.
All spa appointments can be made at the Spa Reception (via telephone or e-mail). If you are unable to keep your appointment,
We request that you give us 12 hours notice to avoid being charged for the therapy.
Late arrival may make it necessary that we limit your treatment time so as to avoid delaying the next guest.
Try to schedule your treatments at a time when you will be able to relax for at least an hour after your therapy.
Please note that the spa is a non-smoking area.
We will provide you with a robe, towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required during your visit, as well as a secure
place to store your personal items. The minimum age requirement for access and spa treatments is 16 years.
Guests with high blood pressure, heart condition or other medical complications and women who are pregnant should consult
their doctor before booking treatments at the spa. We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before or directly
after treatments.
We recommend that you drink plenty of water after your spa treatment to promote the elimination of toxins.
Most of the body and skin care products used in your treatments are available for purchase so you can continue your spa experience
in the comfort of your home.
Gift vouchers are available for sale. They are the perfect present for a friend or loved one.
