NOTES:
BOOKING CONDITIONS
To secure you booking we will need a deposit of 100 Euros per
apartment (Please CONSULT FOR VARIATIONS ON LONG WINTER
STAYS). This can be left in cash in our office, by Royal mail airesure by post, from home or with your credit card details over the
phone or the internet
EARLY BOOKINGS
Applies to all summer bookings made 12 weeks before arrival date
and entitles 10% off on stays of 14 nights or more and 6 % off on stays
of 7 nights or more. Includes stays between 13/06/09 and 09/10/09.
Applies to winter bookings of more than 3 months made before
01/05/09 and entitles 5% off on stays of 3 months and more. (includes
months of November to March 2009/10)
PRICES:
PAYMENT:
Prices are per day per apartment. For stays of less than seven nights
we charge a supplement of 45 euros (one bedroom) and 51 euros
(two bedrooms) minimum stay is 4 nights. Monthly Winter stays are
per 28 days.
Prices include electricity, water, heating (during winter months) and
gas (Only existing appliances - NO EXTRAS)
The balance for your apartment is to be paid in full upon your arrival
(upon key collection). It is not possible to pay daily, weekly, nor
monthly.
The balance may be paid in either cash or travellers cheques in
either Sterling or Euros (We offer a full money exchange service).
CANCELLATIONS: In the case of cancelation your deposit will not be refunded
In the case that you decide to shorten your stay once you have
occupied the apartment you will not be entitled to any form of
refund.

Between 5-8 pm. Should you arrive before 5 pm, and your
apartment is ready; you may occupy it.
If you know you are going to arrive later than 8 pm, you must advise
this office so that we can inform you on key collection instructions.

in the central tourist area
All apartments must be vacated by 10 am.
KEY COLLECTION: At the office. Out of office hours a sign will be left in the office window
indicating exactly where the keys have been left. (Service available all night).
BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: Upon arrival you will be charged a breakage deposit between
60 € and 150 € (this can also be paid in Sterling). This deposit
must be paid in cash as it will be returned to you on your day
of departure providing your apartment is left in a respectable
condition and all keys are handed back into the office.
Seafront
SPECIAL REQUESTS: (i.e. floor height, room number, etc…) These will be attended to
whenever possible. We cannot guarantee any requests.
CLEANING:
SAFETY DEPOSIT
BOXES:
The apartments are fully cleaned for your arrival. Cleaning (except
kitchen) and linen change is done on the 7 th day of your holiday.
Weekly cleaning is not included for long stays.
Most apartments have a safety deposit box available to rent, if for
some reason your apartment does not have one, we have them
available in our office.
SWIMMING POOL:
All the apartments listed in this brochure have their own swimming
pool. The Swimming pools are normally open from 15/06 until
15/09.
TAXI:
Pre-book your taxi with us.
OFFICE HOURS:
09:00 - 14:00 and then again from 16:00 - 20:00. These may fluctuate
slightly in the summer months.

with no accommodation on arrival. These apartments only offer a mobile telephone as contact and have no permanent
office or key collection reception, are uninsured and are not registered with the tourist board.
