SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in
advance. All spa treatments and packages over 2 hours will need to be guaranteed
with a credit card.
SPA ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to relax and prepare for your
experience. The Signature will provide luxurious towels, robes and slippers and any
amenities required for use during your spa visit.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, pregnancy, allergies or injuries which could
affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.
HOMECARE
To continue your spa experience at home, all products used within your treatments are
available at reception, where one of our team would be delighted to advise you on the
most suitable products for your needs.
DEPOSITS
We will take a 50% deposit on any spa package or treatments booked over 3 hours at
the point of booking to reserve your treatment time. If the spa package or treatments
are not cancelled within 24 hours, the deposit may not be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% charge will be incurred for any treatment or spa package not cancelled at least
24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Please be advised that late arrival will result in a
reduction of treatment time.
CHILDREN’S POLICY
We are delighted to offer treatments to children under the age of 16 when accompanied
by an adult for the duration of the respective treatment. Please contact Reception for
details of treatments available for our younger guests.
GIFTS & GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available for all Signature Spa treatments and services. Beautifully
presented, these make an ideal present for that special someone. Our featured product
ranges are also available to purchase as gifts. Gift vouchers are non refundable and
