SHOW DETAILS & RULES
The judged portion of the Father’s Day Car Show now requires
pre-registration. All registration forms must be received prior
to show day. None will be accepted at the show.
NEW THIS YEAR! At the direction of the City of Hermitage, State
Street will remain open to regular traffic until 9:30am. Check in
and show parking will not begin until after that time. Thanks in
advance for your cooperation and patience with this change.
East State Street (Business Rt. 62) will be closed from Rt. 18,
West toward Sharon. All vehicles must be off the road
promptly by 5:00pm!
Include entrance fee of $10.00 per vehicle with registration.
Please make check payable to “SVAACA”.
Pre-registered entrants receive a dash plaque and event t-shirt!
All vehicles must be on site by noon. Show day arrivals that
have not been pre-registered must pay a $10.00 donation.
Vehicles will be parked in a display only area as space permits,
and receive a dash plaque while supplies last. Please enter the
show from Rt. 18, via the road next to Lowe’s.
Classes 1-16 judged. AACA judging rules apply. Judges reserve
the right to cancel or combine classes: Classes 17-27 participant
judged. Please vote only in your own classes 1-16 judged. AACA
judging rules apply. Judges have the right to cancel or combine
classes: Classes 17-27 participant judged. Please vote only in
your own class.
Over 80 trophies to be awarded! Trophies to be presented at
3:45PM. Winners must be present to accept, as awards cannot
be mailed.
Vehicles may not have wheels elevated off the ground. Jacks,
pedestals, removed wheels and other violations of public
safety are not permitted. Please be courteous, no loud music or
other distractions. Such actions may be grounds for ejection.
Fire extinguisher must be displayed. Mandatory point
deduction if not in view.
