STARTER

- Beef and Guinness pie served with creamy mash and seasonal vegetables
- Butter Chicken served with sticky rice, riata, naan bread and poppadoms
- Risotto of butternut pumpkin and goats cheese

ENTRÉE (select two for an alternate drop)
- Vanilla poached prawns served with an avocado cream, watercress and drizzled in chilli oil
- Homemade soup served with crusty bread rolls
(your choice of pumpkin, mushroom, tomato or potato and leek)
- Brushetta plate of vine-ripened tomatoes, Persian Feta and garlic
- Warm chorizo and potato salad with soft poached egg
- Chicken with Tuscan bean salad and crisp pancetta

- Oven roasted chicken, parsnip mash, roast asparagus and salsa verde
- Risotto of butternut pumpkin and goats cheese
- Snapper with green tomatoes, slow cooked fennel and finished with parsley and beurre blanc
- Slow cooked duck leg with red cabbage, spinach and orange jus
- Angus rump steak (cooked to a medium) served with chips, wilted spinach and bearnaise sauce

- Pavlova with passionfruit glaze and wild berry compote
- Vanilla bean ice cream served in a brandy snap basket topped with honey roasted nuts
