The Guardian Spirit of the City of Empty Dreams has given you this mempo.
It appears to be a standard samurai war-mempo, carved into a ferocious
martial scowl. However, when you put it on, you are infused with the power of
the Void. Once per day, when you put on this mempo, you gain one extra Void
point. (The Void point is lost if you take the mempo off before you spend it.)
The fearsome aspect of the Void Mempo is especially noteworthy if you back it
with aggression of your own. Any time you make a Full Attack, the mempo
creates a Fear Test for your opponent. The TN of the Fear Test is equal to
your Void Ring x 5.
