Our Glass Boards are made from ¼-inch safety glass and are available in clear, frosted and whiteboard glass. They can be used in
conference rooms, training rooms, meeting rooms, private offices and at workstations as a portable privacy partition or a rolling
cubical door.

the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict
what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country;
you should contact your local customs office for further information. When
customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond
our original delivery estimates.
Freight Claims
Company’s responsibility ceases when it turns the shipment over to the
carrier. If the goods are damaged by the carrier while in transit the buyer
has the sole responsibility of seeking any appropriate recourse against
the carrier. All shipments should be carefully inspected by the consignee
before acceptance, and the delivering carrier should be requested to
record any damage or shortage. If damage is found after delivery, keep all
packaging materials for inspection and immediately contact the carrier
and schedule an inspection. Claims must be filed within 14 days of receipt
of shipment. Carrier liability ceases after this time.
Defects and Shortages
All claims must be reported in the first thirty (30) days after delivery
of shipment.
Unopened Shipment Damage Claims
Neither Company nor the carrier will be responsible for concealed
damage claims if shipments are left unopened. Notification of concealed
damages must be made to the delivery carrier within 14 days after delivery
of shipment.
Returns
Merchandise may not be returned without Company’s prior written
consent. Authorized return merchandise is subject to a handling
and restocking charge. All freight charges must be prepaid on return
shipments or they will not be accepted. Damaged materials and build to
order items cannot be returned under any conditions.
Product Warranties
Any material or labor charges for correcting a manufacturing problem
must be authorized in writing by Company before correction is
undertaken, if the merchandise is under warranty. Labor charges will not
be paid if the estimate was not submitted and approved prior to labor
being completed.
All decisions of workmanship, failure, misuse and/or abuse remain with
Company. Items may be returned only prepaid and with Company’s prior
written consent. This warranty policy does not apply to normal wear
and tear, damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or modifications. This
warranty does not apply to products used for rental purposes or damaged
by the carrier in transit. No warranties other than those contained herein
shall be applied.
Company offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty, from the date of invoice, for
frame constructions and components of its products provided proper care
has been maintained. The writing surface of whiteboards is guaranteed for
a full ten years and upholstered materials for a full three years for normal
commercial use (single shift). No warranties other than those contained
herein shall be applied.
