We hold an extensive range of men’s accessories in a huge variety of colours
and shades. Our wide range allows you to co-ordinate the colours of your
outfits to complement your wedding party. Choose from the enormous range
of cravats, ties, waistcoats, handkerchiefs etc. all in a great many colour
options and all available to hire. However, in the unlikely event that we do
not stock the colour or shade required, we will be pleased to quote and order
special purchase accessories from our suppliers.
EXTENDED HIRES
Our standard hire period is for three days, including the days of collection and return but excluding Sundays. Extended hire periods are charged as follows:
4 to 7 Days - 112⁄ Hires; 8 to 15 Days - 2 Hires; 16 to 30 days - 3 Hires
BOOKING FEE
An initial payment of £25.00 is required at the time of booking each outfit.
This payment is the booking fee. The booking fee will be deducted from the total
hire charge at the time of full payment. The booking fee is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, any paid hire fees will be refunded provided that we
receive notice of cancellation a minimum of ten days prior to the collection date.
The booking fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any repayment.
IMPORTANT NOTES: TERMS OF HIRE
1. An initial payment of £25 is required at the time of booking for each outfit. This
payment is called a booking fee.
2. The booking fee will be deducted from the hire charge when the outfits are collected
and/or when the hire fees are paid in full.
3. All hire fees must be paid by the time outfits are collected.
4. Receipts will be given for booking fees and must be presented on demand.
5. In the event of cancellation, all monies, except for the booking fee will be refunded
provided that ten (10) days notice is given prior to the collection date.

MORNING WEAR
The York A Mid-Grey Lounge Suit with matching plain
waistcoat suitable for any special occasion.
6. Proof of identity (including address) may be required before hired garments are
collected.
7. All goods are hired to customers on the condition that they shall be returned
undamaged and the hirer undertakes to be fully responsible for them at their current
replacement value, until all items are returned and checked by us and confirmed to be
in good condition.
8. Prompt return of hired outfits is essential and should be made on the first trading day
after the date of wearing. Automatic excess charges will be made on late returns.
9. If outfits are required for an extended hire period, please advise us when booking. Our
extended hire rates are most reasonable. Our standard charge for hire outfits covers
three working days. This includes Saturdays but excludes Sundays. Outfits are to be
collected the day before they are worn. This shall be called the collection date and be
specified when arranging your hire order. All outfits are to be returned on the day
after they are worn, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.
10. CUSTOMERS ARE ASKED TO CHECK GARMENTS AND FITTINGS IMMEDIATELY
UPON COLLECTION TO ENSURE COMPLETE SATISFACTION.
