pregnant women and those with a special diet". The table of contents is at the back of the book. The book
starts out with soups. Then the authors move on to Persian thick soups , called Aush, Next is a big section on
meat stew soup or Abgusht. This is followed by another specialty soup variety called Ashkanah's. Next, we
