Making punctual and convincing decisions gain relevance at the time
they do not have a negative impact on the social environment.
Based on this premise and according to our Strategic Plan:
accomplishing leadership in the dressmaking and manufacture of
Sports Clothing INDUSTRIAS MANUFACTURERAS MYR, S.A DE C.V.
establishes a commitment and a business strategy in order to become
leaders in quality and production capacity and going towards the
standardization of our productive processes responsibly, attached to
the natural resources use and overuse of energy policies.
Company Commitment
All the models and proposals of business management we are
exposing in this first report comply with the responsability and
commitment of the company with sustainability.
Beyond the philosophy, company purposes and values, we will focus
on how to do our job and improve the competitiveness and
productivity in the market.
According to the establishment of the Strategic and Corporative Plan
at MYR Enterprises, we point out the four work core ideas:
For these reasons, and because of organizational, corporate and social
strategies changes, the company agrees to the idea of being identified
as an enterprise SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE, closely participating with
improvement actions that guarantee a reasonable use of natural and
material resources, raw material and energy.
Economic - Financial: with the objetive of increasing the incomes and
employment generation.
With this Strategic plan, we introduce direct actions over our
sustainable development internal processes, wich finally guide us to
achieve a global saving of 25% in the medium term.
Sustainable Internal Processes with the intention of using the best
technology and achieving manufacturing operation excellence, and
the fourth one: develop a human capital that supports all the actions
that result in a vision of a strengthened culture of work.

Scope and Lineament
of the Report
In this first Industrias Manufactureras MYR report, we set that within
the essential objectives we have first, the integration of the people
who form the Corporate Administration to the commitment of
achieving the goals of the Strategic Plan Regarding the reduction
in use and consumption of energy; and second, to confirm our
group of interest based in our activities, and focused towards the
commitment of having sustainable processes.
Through this first sustainability report, we want to identify and
clearly offer a measurable output of the social and economic
development from our enterprise.
This data compilation is and will be our tool for a continuous
implementation of diagnosis and internal evaluations of Social
Responsability, and in the improvement projects based on the G3
rules of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
According to the members of the interest group, of the policies and
the Strategic Plan, the content of this Report was defined.
Finally this first sustainability report projects the commitments, and
achievable goals in this management.
The figures in this report and the numerical content, accounting
and debugged, fall within the period January 1 to December 31,
2012.
Interest Spots
Due to the direct relationship with the personnel (workers and
administrators), with customers, suppliers, commercial partners,
authorities and government organizations, we generally interact as
communities socially connected in order to understand and reply to
the needs and property supply, and the facilities for everyday life and
its surrounding.
That is why the improvement actions in our relationships and activities
should be a basic condition for sustainability, as we understand it here
and now. What are we doing today that is suitable for productive
activities?
What should I do for the same resources and less I can achieve my goals
as a business or as an enterprise?
The relationship among all these concepts and with a vision of business
responsability, with the support of tools that give us the work of the
interest groups, we can work with specific indicators that give us the
work of the interest groups, we can work with specific indicators that
lead us to the achievement of reduction in use, energy consumption
and costs for the transformation of materials and supplies to our
products.

Indicators
The interest group determined, according to the G3 guide, and after
an internal analysis, to use indicators to get maneagable information
to support the first sustainability report.
Economic dimension: we will find analyzed information
contained in the memory design, and also numerical data previosly authorized by the enterprise´s president´s office to be shown.
Social dimension: data collection to guide us towards a real
vision of that indicator, that is to say, effective programs of
improvement in the social environment.
Environment dimension: the information about projects,
works, equipment, tools, government regulations, process
improvement and management programs is analyzed and used to
achieve intermediate environmental goals.

The administrative and operational of Industrias Manufactureras
MYR, is maintained by a standarized corporate governance rules
of Business Ethics and meeting the social and economic responsabilities that are known according to local legislation.
Directory
The administration of all internal processes: administrative,
financial order, economic, technological and production are
represented by staff working directly with the president of the
company.

History
Industrias Manufactureras MYR, s.a. de c.v.
MYR is a company within the textible industry, but focused on the
design, dressmaking and manufacturing of Sportswear, specifically
for professional soccer.
Also by the technology and modern production processes we have
the ease of Industrial design in serigraphy, sublimated process
(printing patterns developed in fabric) and development design in
graphic design in digital printing.
1996
MYR begins operating in México City, producing garments for
soccer, specialized in goalkeeping uniforms with an initial staff
of 12 workers.
1998
The company moved out to Irapuato Gto., in a location where all
manufacturing processes are done: cutting, serigraphy, sewing and
sublimated, with a workforce of 30 laborers working for brands
such as Lotto, Reebok and Joma.

2006
The processes were separated, having an exclusive plant for sewing
and finishing, another for graphic design, cutting, serigraphy and
sublimated.

Each plant has a surface of 4,000 m available to use and a capacity
for 5,000 upd per shift.
2008
Update of the serigraphy, sublimated, and cutting processes,
incorporating hi-tech European Equipment and Machinery for the
production, consolidating te production processes in an environment of continuous improvement. Now the company works for
Reebok, Adidas, Lotto and Umbro.This year begins design and
manufacturing operations of Puma sportwear.
2009-2012
Consolidation of production and with the application of Technology MYR is incorporated as a strategic manufacturer for Adidas
and Puma brands. With improvement projects the company is still
working towards the agreements and manufacturing processes to
consolidate sustainable business relationship and that our product
is recognized as world class.

Strategic objetives and results
The Strategic objectives and the expected results in the medium term,
are supported in the work of the staff from the operational to the
maximun order of Corporate Governance. Operational efficiency,
administrative and permanent control of production processes to
implement improvements, are results on wich we are focused.
We constantly work to that based on the implementation of this
strategic plan and this series of activities: we project our mission and
vision to our customers, with a development generating value to our
products and better profitability to our company.

This graphic represents the overall progress in each of the points
composing the Global Strategic Plan, but it also means that the
total advance is the result of a series of actions and commitments
fulfilled in the last three years and raised on indicators which are
identified as remarkable for this report.

Company Policies and Regulations
Industrias Manufactureras MYR has stated itself as a socially responsible company, regardless of what is disclosed in this first sustainability report.
All the steps have been handled on time, in the order of Safety,
Environmental Quality, Occupational Health and now in Processes
and Sustainablity Projects to be committed in order to all that this
entails and looking as main objetive the manufacture of our
products with the highest quality and in workplaces that fulfill all
internacional requirements local certified.
All operating guidelines and certifications, and local regulations
applicable to manufacturing operations have been approved and
are being audited according to timing of each, respecting and
carrying out the adjustments if these are required.
The company is committed to this management system and to
endorse it globally in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
MYR follows as a corporate standard, the Sustainability in their
processes for, the costs and cosumption of energy, water and
other fuels to be kept at the appropriate level, looking for
areas of opportunity to improve their implementation and use,
avoiding unproductive and consumption waste.

Internal Process of Certification to Suppliers
To guarantee and maintain the development of our product, we relay on
the implementation and monitoring of the quality and service policies
wich our customers and business partners have linked and make them
as theirs.
To certify the origin , quality and manufacturing cleaning in materials,
consumables and raw materials we carry out a clear and linear
parameter that allows us to assess the most professional quality level
we require to our processes.
Assessments, studies and certifications are conducted in periodicities
marked by each vendor strategies or trademark. These assessments are
to maintain internal standards of acceptance of each and every one of
our supplies.
Providers must also comply with regulations and safety regulations

First Job Program
This is a benefit provided by the company, to strengthen the Social
Responsibility Policy. The internal program gives the opportunity for
employment and hiring if the staff meets the technical and
administrative guidelines in their work areas and successfully fulfilled
the competence in development skills.
The company has boosted the FIRST JOB program through which 3.9%
