To make sure your day is perfect; our Spa Bridal Consultant will
arrange all spa and salon services for you and your party, as well
as any Pre-wedding Spa Events.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment to fill out
paperwork, to change into appropriate attire (if needed) and to enjoy
the full spa experience. The Spa is wheelchair accessible.
ATTIRE
Please wear what is comfortable for you. If you prefer to fully disrobe
for your treatment, our therapists are professionally trained in proper
draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times.
Spa robes and sandals are provided while you are a guest of
The Spa.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates may be purchased at The Spa reception desk.

Shipping fees will be applied to mail orders.

PAYMENT
The Spa at Bear Creek accepts cash, Bear Creek gift cards, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Guests of The Hotel
at Bear Creek may charge services to their room. All prices are
subject to change and to applicable taxes.
Cash gratuities are appreciated. Gratuity is left to your discretion;
envelopes are provided for your convenience.
CHILD POLICY
In order to maintain a relaxing environment, children are welcome at
The Spa only when they are receiving services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that all appointments be reserved with a major credit card.
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a
minimum of 24-hours notice. For any late cancellations, no show
appointments or date changes the following fees apply: 25% for
any non-resort holiday scheduled spa service(s), 50% for any
service(s) scheduled during a resort holiday week and 100% for
any same day scheduled service(s).
