The Secure Power Series sets a new benchmark for
containerised generators 500-3300kVA

The Secure Power Series sets new parameters for flexible, off-theshelf containerised generators. Power options offer greater variety
of application and use, breaking the mould for a fully configurable
range of 20ft or 40ft HC containerised generators. Outstanding
power output, compact size and ease of transportation make the
series perfect for infinite applications worldwide.
Built with the end user in mind, the Secure Power Series can be
controlled and monitored externally, offering improved health
and safety benefits.
Outstanding noise protection
For its rating and class the Secure Power Series of containerised
generators pack a serious power punch but noise levels come in
at an outstanding 73dBA at one metre and 66dBA at
seven metres.
High ambient cooling
The Secure Power Series models are available with a 55°C ambient
cooling option for operation in extreme temperature environments.
Environmentally friendly
The Secure Power Series generators are supplied in fully
bunded containers, protected against any leakage of diesel
or lubricants. The high capacity fuel tank is also fully bunded
within the container, with all bunding complying to PPG2
DEFRA guidelines. Engine exhaust emissions comply with
the very latest emission standards for exhausts.
Design with service and
maintenance in mind
The Secure Power Series has been designed to allow efficient
servicing, including dual side door access, coupled with longer
periods between oil changes, equating to a higher level
of service and usability.
Outstanding fuel economy
With the same fuel consumption as similar rated units, the Secure
Power Series offers low fuel consumption combined with higher
outputs delivering lower specific fuel consumption g/kWh.

manufacture of control systems for all generating
set applications…
Dale control systems for the Secure range are especially
designed to be flexible enough to handle the variable
demands required for applications such as generator
rental, data centres and in support of vital utilities such as
water, gas and power.

Key Features – general:
• Controller mounted in recessed panel in the outside of the
container wall. With inner panel door containing the DSE8610
control module mounted on the facia. Operators are not
required to enter the generator housing and expose
themselves to possible health and safety issues caused by
rotating machinery, noise and power.
• Front access, protected to IP 54 and provided with a door for
internal inspection and connection to the equipment.
• Controller can be positioned at high or low level depending
upon whether the generating set is mounted on a trailer or
ground level ensuring that the operator can always have the
best view of the control module.
• Outer panel door with controller viewing window ensures
further security and weather protection.
• DC isolator switch conveniently mounted below the panel
and secured from unwanted tampering by the outer
panel door.
• CEE Form auxiliary supply socket provided in the AC power
connection terminal box. Internal AC power is distributed
by a 16 way consumer unit with internal wiring in
galvanised conduit.
• Large cable connection box with copper bars for cable
connections sized for up to 240mm² cables.
• Optional cable connection is available by mechanically keyed
and locked, high current single pole connectors commonly
used in the temporary power industry.
