This data-communication design creates the self-diagnostic capability to bring further reliability. Design Technology - For High Speed Digital Control One 32-bit microcomputer and two Fujitec-own exclusive custom-made ICs (FPGAs) for monitoring the function are mounted on the board. High speed digital control for the superb riding comfort, appropriate elevator operation and the smooth signal-flow communications are precisely made by this board. VVVF Inverter - Smooth Operation and Energy Saving VVVF (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) controlled inverter incorporated in Fujitec exclusive inverter system realizes further advanced and precise motor control. IPM (Intelligent Power Module) incorporated in Fujitec exclusive high-technological inverter system brings its remarkable down-sizing for inverter. Power supply voltage drop protection and PID control function make more efficient energy-saving. VVVF Door Operator - Precise and Smooth Movement Fujitec has developed its own exclusive door operation controlled by high efficient inverter system. Furthermore, the adoption of closed-loop signal feedback control enables smooth and precise door oepration. GLVF-II 05-06 VVVF Controlled Small Machine-Room Elevator ECO FRIENDLY FUJITEC TECHNOLOGY STYLISH DESIGN USER FRIENDLY PM Gearless Machine Permanent Magnet synchronous machine assures superb and quiet riding comfort and energy saving. Its technology also eliminates the speed-reducing mechanism, resulting in the reduction the weight and the size of the traction machine. Space Off 60% High Efficiency and Low Power Consumption Fujitec Conventional Elevator POWER 20% Less Calculation basis: Lift operation of 600 times/ day and 30 days/ month. The rated capacity: 1050kg and speed of 1.75m/s. The above rate may vary due to the actual lift condition. MOTOR CAPACITY Conventional Motor PM Gearless Motor Space Saving GLVF-II machine room requires the same space of its hoistway only. It is 60% smaller than our conventional elevator machine room. This remarkable feature achieves the reduction in construction cost and increase the effective spaces. Fujitec's exclusive inverter monitors heat dissipation from an inverter and turn off the cooling fun when it is not necessary. This newly adopted system minimizes the energy loss. (2) In case the transformer is placed inside the machine-room, its machine room floor area is subject to be larger than the hoistway section area. Door opening failure rescue operation When the elevator arrives at a landing and cannot open the doors due to a problem jammed in to the door sill, the elevator will proceed to the next landing and open the doors. Open door warning A warning buzzer sounds if a passenger tries to forcibly open the elevator doors while the car is running. Overload weighing device (warning buzzer/ voice guidance/ signal indicator) When the car is loaded beyond its rated capacity, elevator does not start, and sounds the buzzer with doors open. Automatic re-leveling The leveling of the car is automatically adjusted at the accuracy by the leveling device. Door nudging When the doors are held open beyond a pre-set period of time, the doors will slowly start closing while sounding a warning buzzer. Multiple beam Infra-red beams will run the full opening height like a beam curtain. If any of the beams is interrupted, the closing doors will stop and re-open. 'Two-way communication intercom Intercom is provided in car, machine room, security room, and other places (option) and is used for communications in case of emergency or during maintenance of elevator. Alarm (top of the car) When the emergency button is pressed, the buzzer will be activated. Emergency car lighting When the power for car lights is cut off due to the power failure, etc., emergeny light in car is lit immediately for passengers' safety. Self-check operation at night The elevator will automatically stop each floor after 0:00 am every night and then inspect operation condition and braking system. Service Functrions Auto adjustment of door opening time A microcomputer automatically improves operation efficiency as it adjusts the "door open dwell time " depending on the hall and car call's registration situation. Anti-nuisance If an extraordinary number of car calls are registered compared to an in-car load, all registered car calls are automatically cancelled. Behind car call cancellation Car calls for a floor opposite to the direction in which the car is running will not be registered to prevent nuisance attempts. Car call cancellation The wrong floor selection can be cancelled by re-pressing the car call button twice in a row. Automatic fan and light control The ventilation and light will automatically cut off when the elevator is not used. Optional Functions Operation Functions Group control (N100) (Max. 3cars) FLEX-N100 system provided effective plural elevator operations. When a hall call is registered, the system selects an elevator which can respond to the call in the shortest . Standby power operation If a power failure occurs, the elevators will return to an escape floor using standby power and will be held there on standby. *Installation of the standby power system shall be by others. Battery powered automatic landing operation (LANDIC) 'There is no need to worry that passengers could be trapped in the car if elevator stops between floors due to an unexpected power failure. With LANDIC, a compact battery powered control system operates the car to the nearest landing. Automatic voice announcement system Earthquake rescue operation (WAVIC) In the event of an earthquake, the seismic (VONIC) By synthesized voice, an automatic announcement system informs the passengers of the car direction, floor arrival, door opening and closing actions, emergency instructions, etc. Signal indication on the car operation board In a precise response to the current status of elevator operation, the display onCar Operating Panel indicates the appropriate texts such as “OVERLOAD”, “EMER. OPERATION”, and “PLEASE EXIT FROM THE CAR” etc. Arrival chime (inside the car) A light electronic chime will sound upon the arrival of the car. sensor will detect a seismic wave and will put the elevator into emergency operation sending it to the nearlest landing. Service Functrions Load by-pass When the elevator loaded up to the capacity, it will bypass hall calls. The registered hall calls will be assigned to other elevators. (Available for 2 or 3 cars) Indicator of load by-pass When the load bypass is activated, "Load By-pass" will be indicated on the hall Indicator. Parking operation The elevator can be automatically parked at the pre-set floor door closed and turn off the lights and fan.
