Human Resource Management Plan
The Human Resource Management Model is
based on a mixed organization of Chilean and
southafrican personnel. Aveng Grinaker’s
Technical Leadership involves training and
transferring knowledge to Mas Errázuriz staff, by
training carried out in current Aveng Grinaker
works in South Africa or Zambia and on-site
instruction for six months periods in previously
defined positions. The organization follows similar
criteria.
