any organisations face a significant challenge to track the location, quantity, condition and status of their fixed assets. Asset
labels are an easy way of recording and identifying your valuable quipment.They are labels in a wide range of materials
and styles, with a permanent adhesive, personalised with name, logo, sequential numbering and then applied to your equipment.
It is good practise to keep a register of all your assets in case of theft or fire - and some insurance companies will
require proof before settling claims. By labelling all your valuable equipment, Asset Labels will also
discourage ‘asset misappropriation’, theft and fraud.

A durable and economical label material suitable for asset and

wide range of surfaces. A clear laminating foil is applied to protect

METALLISED OR WHITE POLYESTER
Premium label material supplied with the best available universal
powerful adhesive which will stick to most surfaces - both high
surface energy (HSE) and low surface energy (LSE) plastics, powder
coatings and slightly oily metal surfaces. High temperature resistance,

and supplied with an universal, powerful adhesive which will stick
to most surfaces. Impossible to remove in one piece and will break
into small pieces if anyone tries to remove it thus protecting your
property – a theft deterrent that also discourage unauthorised asset
transfers. Clear lamination is not available on this material.

bond to most surfaces. If the label is removed the word VOID is left

SELF SEAL/LAMINATING LABELS
Protect important written information such as text/numbering/date
with these labels – once the overlay is applied any written data
cannot be altered. Simply write your text and information on the
label - then remove the backing paper of the clear adhesive overlay
and press down firmly over the label to protect the written
information against tampering, abrasion, grease and chemicals.

These plates are 0.3mm thick and photographically printed onto
the aluminium with your name and sequential number/bar code
embedded into the aluninium then anodised to seal in and totally
protect the print from abrasion, chemicals and adverse weather
conditions. 3M VHB industrial adhesive or use screws/rivets.
Must be fixed to a flat surface.
Black print only, one or two lines of text plus sequential bar code or
2D DataMatix code and readable number.

INDUSTRIAL & HARSH ENVIRONMENTS
Polycarbonate Labels
Sub-surface printing on a strong LEXAN® polycarbonate material protects the print from solvents,
chemicals, cleaning, abrasion and temperatures. Strong acrylic adhesive provide maximum adhesion
to most materials with temperature resistance up to 150°C short term.
Stainless Steel Plates
Extreme resistance to weather, corrosion and abrasion – often specified in food environments. Ceramic
coating will withstand temperatures up to 1000°C. Bar codes and sequential numbering available.
Aluminium Plates
Precision printed, sequential numbering, incl bar codes, then sealed with a protective anodising to
give a diamond hard surface to protect against chemicals and abrasion. Also available with Intensified
image, heat treated to withstand high temperatures, or Teflon® coating.

ID SUPER PLATES FOR SECURE ASSET MARKING
ID Super Plates - Price per Plate, inc. sequential numbering and superglue
Ultra strong acrylic plates fixed with Superglue to provide a bond so
strong that any attempt to remove the plate will require the use of
tools and result in break up or material damage. Suitable for both
plastic and metal surfaces. Can be used on slightly curved surfaces.
Your name, sequential numbering and other information are presision
engraved deep into the surface of this durable material and cannot
be wiped off.
A fast-drying superglue GEL (supplied with your order) melts the
plate to the equipment. An overlay material is supplied with each
order to enable a clean application and no sticky fingers!

ID MINI MARK LABELS
• 21st Century label technology with text and information engraved
into the surface of an Acrylate material giving a permanent high
contrast, durable and tamperproof image suitable for all environments.
• Identify and track equipment safely with these labels. High
performance industrial adhesive suitable for most surfaces which
will give high initial adhesion.
• Will withstand temperatures from –60°C up to +200°C - safe in
microwave, dishwasher and autoclave.
• Highly resistant to chemicals, abrasion and harsh environments.
• Image cannot be ‘wiped off’– permanently engraved into
the surface.
• Tamper evident and non-transferable – labels will fragment if
removal is attempted - a theft deterrent that also discourages

The indelible security marking system
ID MARK is a permanent visual security marking system
that can be used with confidence on most plastics and
other porous surfaces.

WARNING LABELS WITH
EACH ORDER
ID MARK is a stencil system that comes with a marking
compound which enables you to permanently mark
most items. It is applied using precision cut stencils
produced on high-tech machines that enable volume
orders to be produced with ease.
A further deterrent to theft are the
ID MARK Protective Warning Labels.
These low cost labels have a clear
window, are highly visible and
designed to be placed on top of
the security marking.
Price: 12p each.
Both police and insurance companies recommend
permanent security marking and in certain cases can be
specified as a condition of cover. ID MARK meets Home
Office Guidelines for permanent marking.

All purpose security marking
ID Silver Mark is a new concept in security marking. These special labels are, in fact,
precision cut stencils with your own details. The labels are easily applied and then
‘painted’ with a special UV ink through the cut out stencil lettering.
The labels are made from a special acrylate material with industrial adhesive
that cannot be removed in one piece. In fact, it will break into small fragments
if removal is attempted. Even if the label is forcibly removed, the text will glow
visibly when viewed under a UV lamp, as used by the police.
Your details cut out in the stencil. Maximum 2 lines each with 14 or 20 characters/
spaces per line. UPPER CASE only
