The ANGLE WORM'· allows a clogged bleeder
valve, drain valve or pressure tap to be cleared
safely and efficiently at temperatures of up to 700
degrees F and pressures of up to 600 psi in most all
services without shutting down operations, while

injuries or property damage.

Standard packing - Chesterton model #477 carbon fiber packing
combines a new yarn formulation with superior clocking agents.
New low modulus yarn provides the strength associated with
continuous filament carbon fibers plus greater flexibility. This makes
447 strong yet pliable, without the brittleness of conventional
carbon packing.
477 incorporates a high purity dispersion of inorganic platelets
which prevent penetration of gasses or liquids through the packing.
Interbraid construction locks these blocking agents within the
packing ring.
477 is designed for general valve services in steam, water, solvents,
acids, and alkalies to 1050 degrees F (565 0, 2500 PSI,and PH range 2
to 13. It can be used in shaft or rod services to speeds of 3000
Ft.lMin.
