Boasting an annual average attendance of 2,500 people, 98 booth spaces are available for the 22nd annual “Follow
the Yellow Brick Road to Business Success” Business Expo on Thursday, September 26th to organizations for displaying their goods and services. Booths are available at an Early Bird Rate of $350 -$400 until Friday, August 30th!
AGREEMENT made by and between the undersigned exhibitor (hereinafter called the “exhibitor”) and the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce
(hereinafter called the “Chamber”).
SET-UP HOURS - Exhibitors will be able to set up on Wednesday evening from 4:00—8:00 p.m. Remainder of set-up may be done Thursday
morning from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.
EXHIBIT SPACE - The exhibit space is to be used for the display of the products and services of applicant’s company and for no other purpose.
Orders may be taken, but NO CASH sales are allowed during Expo. We hereby understand and agree that the exhibit space leased herewith,
includes only that which is defined by the Chamber and that any additional requirements desired must be approved by the Chamber in writing.
BUSINESS TO BUSINESS NETWORKING - Exclusive opportunity to network with other exhibitors at the expo before the event opens to the public. This will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on the day of the Expo. Doors open to the public at 11:00 a.m.
EXHIBIT HOURS - All exhibits must be open and staffed from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. the day of the Expo.
TEAR-DOWN HOURS - 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the day of the Expo. No exhibit shall be disassembled or removed during Expo hours. Early
TEAR DOWN will jeopardize consideration of your application as an exhibitor for next year’s show.
CANCELLATIONS - No refunds will be given after September 6th.
REGISTRATION - In consideration for reserving exhibit space for use during the Expo, we agree to pay the Chamber a total sum of ______ .

for $400 - $450 for Chamber members. Non-members will pay an additional $100 for registration.
