RHUM VIEUX AGRICOLE
The intense tropical humid days and temperate nights
in Guadeloupe make for an aggressive aging climate
for optimum wood and rhum interaction. The result
is a well-balanced toasted oak and jammy preserved
fruit forward flavor profile that still maintains the
signature dry finish of Rhum Agricole.
Bestowed with a beautiful warm amber color,
Damoiseau V.S.O.P. Rhum has a moderately off-dry
body and is characterized by its exotic bouquet and
aromas of dried fruits and spices. With a long fade of
charred sugarcane and peppery spices on the finish, it
is a luxuriously exotic treat. Damoiseau VSOP Rhum
is aged a minimum of 4 years in ex-bourbon barrels.
Best served neat or in simple cocktails.

2 oz. Damoiseau V.S.O.P. Rhum
2 oz. Damoiseau V.S.O.P.
¾ oz. sugarcane syrup
½ oz. Clément Créole Shrubb
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
2 dashes orange bitters
1 oz. chilled Brut Champagne
Garnish: citrus zest
Shake Damoiseau V.S.O.P. Rhum,
lime juice and sugarcane syrup
and strain into an ice filled glass.
Top off with chilled Champagne
Pour Damoiseau V.S.O.P. Rhum,
Clément Créole Shrubb, and bitters
into cracked ice-filled old-fashioned
glass and stir. Garnish citrus zest

½ oz. Clément Créole Shrubb
¾ oz. dry vermouth
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 dash of bitters
½ oz. sweet vermouth
Garnish: citrus zest
2 dashes bitters
Stir all of the ingredients in a
mixing glass with ice to chill and
strain into a chilled cocktail coupe
Shake and strain into a chilled
cocktail glass. Garnish with citrus
zest
