Special Venice
Venice - Unusual itinerary
DAY 1:
Arrival at the hotel in Lido di Jesolo. Welcome drink with our representative; dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 2:
After breakfast, departure by own coach for the port of Treporti for the following itinerary: departure by private boat across the lagoon; we will pass
by the Fort of St. Andrea and the island of Certosa that used to keep watch over the entrance of Venice at the times of the Republic. We will enter the
Arsenale basin (where the Venetians built their war ships) with a chance to visit the Basilica of St. Pietro di Castello. Visit of the Massimiliana Tower, an
important historical building that allows a unique view over the lagoon from its top.
Guided tour of Lazzaretto Nuovo Island, very important site in the history of Venice with also an interesting naturalistic track where we will be able to
see the typical flora and fauna of the lagoon.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 3:
Breakfast in the hotel, then departure with own coach for Punta Sabbioni, from where the group will transfer to Venice by private boat.
Meeting with the local guide and visit of “hidden Venice”. This is a guided tour that starts from St. Mark’s Square but introduces not only the historical
centre, but also quieter and very characteristics areas of the city with important works of art.
A guided walk searching for:
- an antique tile hidden by a balcony full of flowers, typical of Ravenna and Byzantine arts, unused by Venetian between X and XIII centuries
- a typical barbican, a bearing beam projecting at first floor level with the aim to increase the living space on the higher floors
- or just simply a lovely architecture is just different way to discover Venice!
The visit ends either near Rialto Bridge or St. Mark’s Square.
Snack (or full lunch) in a typical Venetian “bacaro”.
Return journey to Punta Sabbioni by private boat. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Secret Gardens of Venice
LITERARY GARDENS OF D’ANNUNZIO AND JAMES
The Gardens of Palazzo Soranzo and Palazzo Gradenigo ( 1600’s) have both inspired James and D’Annunzio for their literary evocation. They are recently renovated and it’s possible take a drink inside the palace.
GARDENS AND PALACES ON THE GRAN CANAL
The fifteenth-century palaces that host the gardens are both overlooking the Grand Canal, between Ca ‘Rezzonico and Cà Foscari. The first garden has
a rich collection of roses, a palm considered the highest of Venice and an example of monumental wisteria. Groups are welcomed by the Countess who
will lead the tour. The second garden has been inspired by the Renaissance style, full of statues and roses, iris and jasmine. The countess, is usual to give
the welcome to the group.

DECORATION COURSES OF PAPIER - MÂCHÉ MASKS
These mini courses are about decorating papier-mâché masks.
They are very short and may be included in any tour itinerary.
They are also held on Sundays and in most languages.
No dangerous materials or tools are used.
Presentation:
The method of presenting the activities is the result of long experience working with
all types of groups. Each group has its own particular needs and these activities can
be easily adapted, giving the right emphasis to the theoretical part without taking
anything away from the practical.

The historical roots of the art and industry of glassblowing reside in Murano.
Svolgimento
Short-course at the Glass School, where guests can enjoy a unique experience: after
an instructor’s demonstration of the “light” technique to create blown objects or
small sculptures, the guest will be able to melt the glass with a torch and create
beads or other small items.
Courses last about 3 hours and can be included in any tourist program.

DAY 1
Arrival and accommodation in a hotel in Lido di Jesolo. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight.
DAY 2 (Padua)
- Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Padua, university city and pilgrimage destination to St. Anthony’s Basilica. The journey will take place along the River Brenta
where the participants will admire the famous Villas. Arrival in Padua and visit of
St. Anthony’s Basilica. Promenade to Prato della Valle, one of the biggest squares in
Europe, surrounded by statues representing noble characters linked to the history
of the town, as for instance the mythical founder Antenore.
- Lunch in a restaurant.
- After lunch, possibility to take a coffee at Caffè Pedrocchi, one of the historic bars
of the city.
- In the afternoon, guided visit of the Scrovegni Chapel, masterpiece of Italian and
European XIV century painting, frescoed by Giotto.
- Return to Jesolo. Dinner and overnight.
DAY 3 (Treviso/Conegliano)
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Departure for Treviso where the group will visit the characteristic market, the
Cathedral and Little Venice, with its picturesque features reminding of Venice, for
instance the Canal of Buranelli.
- In the afternoon, departure for Conegliano for the guided visit of a Prosecco winery,
where the production of the famous sparkling wine will be shown, from the wine
making proceedings to the bottle ready for the consumption. Guided tasting of the
various types of Prosecco.
DAY 4 (Vicenza)
- Departure for Vicenza. Morning guided visit of the Olympic Theatre, the most ancient covered theatre in the world, symbol of Palladio’s architecture, today artistic
heritage of the entire world. Promenade along Via Palladio until one of the most
important squares in the city: Matteotti square, with Chiericati Palace.
- In the afternoon, excursion to the Monte Berico Sanctuary, overlooking the town
from the hill.
DAY 5 (Aquileia/Grado)
- Departure for Aquileia, one of the most important towns of the Roman Empire, still
preserving today precious findings coming from the excavations witnessing the
high level of art and culture, promenade along the archaeological park and visit of
the Basilica with its famous mosaics.
- In the afternoon, departure for Grado, very famous seaside and spa centre. Walk
through the historic centre, characterised by the narrow streets by the Venetian
School and visit of the Basilica of St. Eufemia, famous for the big floor mosaic. Free
time to take a walk on the beach.

DAY 6 (Trieste)
- Departure for Trieste. Guided visit of the “Castle of Miramare”, house of Maximilian
of Habsburg and Princess Charlotte of Belgium with the park rich in tropical plants,

- In the afternoon, promenade with the courier to admire the numerous palaces
bordering the sea and the magnificent harbour.
DAY 7 (Udine/San Daniele)

DAY 1
- Morning at leisure.
- At 12.00 departure for a farm restaurant with guided visit. Typical Venetian dishes can be tasted.
- After lunch, the first cookery demonstration where pasta making process will be shown and translated. The visit will last
about 2 hours.
- At 5.00 pm demonstration in a pastry shop to understand cake and desserts making. The demonstration will end with a
tasting.
DAY 2
- In the morning, second demonstration with explanation. The theme “pizza and wine”.
- At 01.00 pm guided visit of a winery where the process of wine making will be explained in a famous castle. After that,

Mountains in Summertime
In the next pages you can find a selection of mountain resorts, which are particularly
suitable to both groups of adults and of young people. We have chosen them in Piemonte and Lombardy because we think the hotels offer a good standard of accommodation at unbeatable prices.
Anyway do not hesitate to contact us, should you be interested in resort in other
regions like Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige as we have plenty to

Claviere
Claviere is an attractive alpine village, that lies at 1760 m on the French border.
Many possibilities are offered to the tourists: from walking to rock climbing and horse trekking, besides the first mountain golf course. There are many typical bars and
restaurants, pizzerias and shops. The resort is easy to reach and from Claviere one
can visit many nearby places like the French town of Briançon.

Cesana Torinese
Cesana Torinese lies in the heart of the Olympic sites of Torino 2006, at a height of
1350m and has got a historical centre with a nice pedestrian area, where many typical shops, cafés and restaurants are situated.
Many tourist resorts can be easily reached by Cesana, such as Clavière (7 kms),
Monginevro (9kms), Sansicario (5 kms), Sestriere (11 kms), Sauze d’Oulx (14 kms),
as well as the French town of Briançon (22 kms).
Cesana Torinese offers several chances of summer activities suitable for every age, :
many treks: from the easiest walks to the well-know one to the top of Monte Chaberton at 3130 m.
In Cesana or nearby we can find many different sport activities: golf, fishing,
mountain bike, rafting, canoeing, kayak.

Aprica
Typical Alpine village, situated at 1200 m. in Valtellina, on the pass with the same
name which connects the provinces of Brescia and Sondrio, Aprica is well equipped and offers many shops of every kind, cafés, typical restaurants and ice cream
parlours.
Pinewoods reach the borders of the village and more of 200 kms of paths are available for enchanting walks. Aprica is the ideal starting point for many excursions in

Booking Conditions
• All prices are net, applicable to groups of min. 25 persons per day, except for special programs where prices
are meant for the package indicated;
• 1 free place in twin room for every 25 paying persons;
• Prices contained in the contract are exclusive of any local administration tourist taxes (which must be paid by
the guest), as well as any increases in taxes as set down by law
• For groups of adults: accommodation in twins with some singles;
• Accommodations in 3 / 4 bedded rooms for youth groups, in twin or singles for accompanying adults.
Term of payment and deposit
Booking will only be accepted if a deposit of 30% of the total amount is sent at the time of
confirmation. Full payment must be made 10 days before arrival of the clients.
Cancellations
Our agency will apply cancellation charges as below:
• No cancellation charge until 30 days prior to arrival;
• 30% of full amount for cancellations 29-21 days before arrival;
• 100% after 3 days prior to arrival.
Complaints
If a problem arises, it should be reported to us as soon as possible so that efforts can be made to
rectify it to the client’s satisfaction. We can deal with most problems in resort, therefore we regret
we can’t accept any liability in respect of any complaint not notified to us immediately.
Significant changes
In the event that circumstances beyond our control will force us to make a significant change to
your booking, like a different hotel and/or resort, our liability is limited to refund all money paid
to us, should the client decide not to accept the change.

All rates are inclusive of VAT and service charges.
