Warm the milk and let Earl Grey tea bag steep for 10 minutes. Use two tea-bags, replacing one halfway through. Allow infused milk to cool. Sift flour and add in sugar, lavender leaves (which you can crush with a mortar or back of your spoon) and poppy seeds. Gently combine. Add in eggs, infused milk, and applesauce. Stir Gently. Do not over mix or you will affect the texture of the muffins. Spoon mixture into muffin tin, filling each cup 2/3. Bake 14-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Meanwhile, combine confectioners sugar, (or sugar free alternative) and milk to create glaze. Once muffins have completely cooled, drizzle glaze over the tops. Enjoy!
