Get ready to meet some new friends while you work together to decipher clues as you take trips around the city. Camp #2: Shipwreck’d Teen Camp (11-24 yrs old) July 14–18th from 9am - 4pm $200 After getting shipwreck’d, you will start to discover your passions, strengths and talents as you find a way to survive. This camp is about feeling good, working with others, discovering something new, developing friendships and sharing with one another! Camp #3: Sledge Hockey Development Camp @ Mill Woods Recreation Centre [7207-28th Ave] (sledge hockey players –junior & intermediate levels) July 21–25th from 9am - 4pm *Due to ice fees this camp costs $350 Bring your energy and focus to our high tempo sledge hockey camp. We will be concentrating on developing individual and team work skills on and off the ice! With specialized staff to work with you can be sure your game will improve. Camp #4: Inventor’s Workshop Kid’s Camp (6-12 yrs old) July 28-Aug 1st from 9am - 4pm $200 Let’s make stuff together… there will be plenty of “construction projects” to keep you very hands on and get your creative juices flowing. Camp #5: Sports, sports & more SPORTS Camp (13-24 yrs old) August 5-8th from 9am - 4pm $200 If you love sports then this is the perfect camp for you! This camp offers a wide range of fun and exciting sports that you won’t want to miss out on! Take part in team building exercises, playing familiar sports, and learning new ones! Camp #6: Let the CHALLENGES Begin Teen Camp (13-24 yrs old) August 11-15th from 9am - 4pm $200 You will keep very busy at this fun filled and action packed week of individual and team challenges! Come join us as we work in teams and individually to test ourselves, physically and mentally. Camp #7: Outdoor ADVENTURE Camp (13-24 yrs old + must be independent) August 18-22nd Come experience the adventure of a lifetime! You will certainly treasure these experiences for the rest of your life. Location TBD. Camp #8: Around Edmonton in 5 Days Adult Camp (18yrs old +) August 25-29th from 10am - 4pm $200 As we go exploring Edmonton, we will be sure to have a great time meeting new friends and make long lasting memories. To register for summer camps please contact: Danielle at [email protected] or give us a call at (780) 439-8687. 5 May 2014 PSA Wheelchair Floor Hockey Tournament in Edmonton June 7, 2014 (9am – 5pm) Our Floor Hockey Tournament will be held at the ACT Centre gymnasium (2909-113 Avenue). The PSA tournament welcomes any new teams interested in coming out for the tournament! Teams must have a minimum of six (6) players and a maximum of ten (10) to compete; the players can either use a manual or electric wheelchair. *NEW RULES: Every player MUST wear a helmet with at least a half visor and have anti-tippers on their chair. *The tournament fee for teams outside of PSA is $50/team. Tournament date: June 7, 2014 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Location: ACT gym (2909-113th Ave) Deadline for registration is May 29th, 2014. Money raised goes towards helping to cover facility costs at Summer Camp. PSA will supply hotdogs, buns & condiments.
