The difference between Lakeside Floors to

and Kenny Hoyt take time to get to know

Kenny’s 25 years in the flooring business

“When you go into a big box store, you’re
talking to a guy who was selling light fixtures
yesterday and last week was working in the
garden hose aisle,” Kenny said. “Flooring is
what we do. Colleen has an eye for design
and works with our customers for as long as
it takes to assure the flooring we install will
work for their needs and will be something
they’ll love for years to come.”

water-resistant Hardie Board and Hydro Ban
to completely seal off the potential of water
escaping. A water, stain and mildew-resistant
epoxy grout is also standard procedure,
