Innovations became a Bare Escentuals bareMinerals authorized retailer
in July of ’06. Since then we have come a long way in introducing CNY
to the weightlessness of this 100% pure mineral make-up.
While customers have always enjoyed our complimentary bareMinerals
make-”unders” to try new colors and learn trend-setting techniques, we
felt it was time to take our representation of the line one step further...

bareMinerals Rewards Redemption Levels

Amounts
$20.00 to be redeemed on
make-up purchases of $40 or
more
$50.00 to be redeemed on
make-up purchases of $100
or more, plus 15 reward
bonus points
$125.00 to be redeemed on
make-up purchases of $250
or more, plus 25 reward
bonus points
You will earn:
3 (three) reward points for every individual, full price
bare minerals make-up product valued below $15
5 (five) reward points for every individual, full price
bareMinerals make-up product valued at $15 and above.
5 (five) reward points for every gift card valued at $25
or more that a member purchases for a guest who has
never been to INNOVATIONS Salon & Spa.
10 (ten) reward points for every 1st time new guest trial
referral, strictly when your guest presents our printed
invitation with your name on it.
10 (ten) reward points when member schedules and
completes a full price event make-“under”.
From time to time there will be opportunities to earn additional or
“bonus” points, these opportunities will be sent out to members via
email and also posted on our website.
Points will not be awarded for purchases made by the
member from Innovations prior to enrolling in the
program.
Points are accumulated and may be redeemable for Innovations Bucks
in accordance with the determined reward levels. Once a member has
accumulated sufficient points to earn a reward, they may do so. Reward
levels are posted on our website www.innovationsdayspa.com.
All point totals are shown on the Sales Receipt and will be deemed to
be correct, unless determined otherwise by Innovations Salon, Inc.
Points have no monetary value or any other benefit other than that
described in these terms and conditions.
Points awarded are subject to the value of the products, not including
tax or gratuity.
Points are not redeemable or awarded in conjunction with any coupon,
promotion, discount, or price adjustment.
All rewards are subject to stock availability.
Points earned in a calendar year expire December 31 of the following
calendar year.
Credits or returns will reduce or cancel points previously awarded for
the original purchase.
The member may only accrue points to their own account.
Points may not be assigned, traded or otherwise transferred.
Innovations Salon, Inc. is not responsible for rewards redeemed
fraudulently through cards or card numbers that have been misplaced,
lost, or stolen.
Should any member not acquire points for 12 consecutive calendar
months, the membership will be deemed to be inactive and all
accumulated points will be forfeited.
Innovations Salon, Inc. reserves the right to amend these terms and
conditions from time to time or terminate the bareMinerals Rewards
Program at any time. Termination of the program will result in forfeiture
of all points without compensation. Any material changes to these
Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website and a copy of the
Terms and Conditions will be made available at the salon upon request.
