THIEF HAMAM is a Turkish bathing ritual with ancient roots. Before it became
common to have bathrooms in private homes, people went to the local hamam
to wash. At the same time, it was an important social meeting place.
We recommend visiting the steam bath before your treatment in the THIEF
HAMAM, as it leaves your body warm and your skin soft and ready for the
treatment. On the heated hamam bench, the therapist begins with a thorough
body scrub that effectively cleanses the skin, removes dead skin cells and
increases circulation. This is followed by a ritual application of warm lather and a
light massage, before your hair is washed and your scalp is massaged. After the
treatment, you will feel completely relaxed, and your skin will be fresh and glowing.

THIEF RHASSOUL is a Moroccan tradition that we have brought home.
The name is derived from the volcanic mud which is taken from the foot of
the Atlas Mountains, and whose therapeutic effects are known far and wide.
The mud is 100 per cent organic and has a cleansing, exfoliating, healing and
softening effect on your skin. The mud has a proven effect on several skin
conditions and can also be used for the hair and the scalp. Different types of
mud are distributed on various parts of the body to achieve the best effect.
The treatment takes place in a steam room. Firstly, the skin is prepared with an
effective salt scrub. Then the therapeutic mud is rubbed onto your skin – either
by yourself or by one in your group. After 15 minutes, the mud is washed off with
hot water in the special tropical showers. An effective and relaxing treatment

physical level. We use the Artis range of training equipment from Technogym
and you will be instructed by high-level trainers.
Our training equipment is easy to use with its digital screens, simple settings
and the possibility to follow your own progress.
PERSONAL TRAINER | 50 MIN | NOK 995
The THIEF GYM offers personal trainers to motivate you and ensure that you
get the most out of your training. The trainer will control and correct your
technique, remind you to breathe correctly and make sure that all the training
equipment is customised to fit your body type. Your training programme is
tailored to your physical level, your body type and your personal goals.
The THIEF GYM is reserved for hotel guests and members.
