The grandeur of villa, the enormity of the pool, plus the vast span of

lawns and ornate flowering shrubbery contrast with magical meandering
natural stone walkways that wander through the forest, leading to an
ancient miniture church. Outside dining areas are shaded by arched pillars
of hand-carved white stone bricks, swathed with plantings of beautiful
bougainvillaea carefully integrating the villa's elegance with casual alfresco
dining. The interior is reminiscent of opulent times, stunningly accented
with Italian hand-painted tiles. Refined elegance exudes from every space
as rooms blend easily from one to the next. Moroccan marble floors,
summery cool-coloured furnishings and huge sliding glass doors, which
pass out of sight into the walls, instantly create an ambiance of out-door
living. There are a multitude of dining spaces leaving you wondering
where to take your next delicious meal, opting to choose a new spot each
time according to the view that suits your present mood.
However, it is the cantilevered seating area that I love the most. The
glorious summer evening breeze, an incredible 180-degree view
complete with twinkling lights across the deep blue Ionian Sea, a place
where dreams can become happy realities.
Located in the Kanoni area, this magnificent estate has views over the
small island of Pontikonissi and its picturesque Byzantine chapel.
Shimmering within a luscious forest of multi-hued greenery this prestigious
villa gives the feeling of unique privacy.
