Grossmont Medical Terrace is a four-story, 65,000 square foot medical office building located
on the Sharp Grossmont Hospital campus in La Mesa, California.
The first floor of the project houses a state-of-the-art outpatient imaging center. Parking is
provided in a new 754-car parking structure located directly across from the building. Patient
drop-off areas at the main entrance of the building provide easy access for patients.
The project is the second developed by PMB for the Sharp health system.
