INDUSTRIAL WATER FILTERS:
Bactericide water softener and iron removal filters
The filters consist of:
1. Corrosion-resistant (fiberglass, stainless steel)
filter housing
2. Control unit
3. Inlet and outlet branch pipes, and drain branch
pipe for filter flushing
4. Central distribution pipe
5. Lower water dispenser
6. Filtering material APT-1 or APT-1 Kera-pro.
7. Filtering material APT -2.
8. Filtering material APT-4.
HOW IT WORKS:
Raw water enters the filter through the inlet branch pipe, further it passes down
through the filter media, and then after being purified it goes through the lower water
dispenser and enters central distribution pipe through which is moving up to the outlet

All our filters are developed by Russian scientists and are based on adaptation of highlyselective filter media. The filter media that were developed considering the fact that the
most common contaminants in water are iron, hardness salts, microbes and bacteria.
Regeneration of that filter media doesn’t require application of any chemical reagents,
which might be harmful to the environment. The principal of work of our selective catalyzing materials is that the contaminants turn to a form of hardly soluble fractions which
are caught by filter and removed from it through backwash.
All filter media can be utilized in filters with different form and design.
Filter Media
FILTER MEDIA:
APT-1 Catalyzing filtering material
Purpose: Removal of iron (II) and (III), manganese, and hydrogen
sulfite
APT-1 Kera-pro, Catalyzing filtering material
Purpose: Removal of iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfite. Bacteriostatic treatment
APT-2 Catalyzing filtering material
Purpose: removal of iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, hardness, heavy metals and radionuclides
Ion-exchange resin catalyst
APT-3 High iodine bactericide filtration material
Purpose: APT-3 is designed for water disinfection by dosing iodine
through ion-exchange resin
APT-4 Bactericidal catalyst - Ion-exchange resin with silver ions
Purpose: APT4 is utilized for water disinfection using silver ions
APT-5 Pd Palladium ion-exchange resin
Purpose: APT-5 is catalyzing material based on Palladium and is
designed for deep oxygen disposal from water and other aqua
mixtures
Filter Media
APT-8 Thin Porcelain Fiber filtering material
Purpose: APT-8 is designed for water treatment from super disperse entities and colloid oil entities
APT-13 Bactericide solution with cooper ions, containing 50gr/l
that is toxic for microorganisms.
Purpose: Toxic property of cooper prevents metabolic processes of
respiration and photosynthesis. Ponds, lakes (with fish), drinking
water reservoirs, water circulating systems, ponds, pools, fountains

KOOT is an eco-friendly and water-soluble powder that is designed for efficient deposition removal from any heat-exchange
equipment, boilers, etc.
