Last Fall, we took a tour of the new Vikings stadium during the final stages of
the concrete/frame assembly and in the midst of the steel installation. Now
currently near full building enclosure, the progress is amazing to see first-hand!

The 2015 MBEX volunteer leadership
team was skillfully guided by President
Chuck Anderson. Chuck’s focus on
expanding technology, member services
and networking, made a positive
difference for all 1,250 members. Chuck
coordinated a dedicated board of
directors that truly worked hard to move
MBEX forward.
Our 2015 Program of Work included
expansion of online plan room resources,
physical plan room improvements,
upgraded data storage capacity,
inclusion of more committee volunteers
and continuing to listen to the changing
needs of our members.
Additionally, the talented staff at
MBEX deserves much credit for its
relentless drive for accuracy, consistent
professionalism and ongoing ability to
create a positive member experience.
Thank you staff!
I also want to acknowledge The Builders
Group (TBG) for its strong partnership
with MBEX.

keep up your good work as the leader
in self-insured workers’ compensation

Introducing: new IPIN database
Members will soon notice a new and exciting change
when logging on to mbex.org!
For a period of time, members will have the option
to test out a new version of our online plan room
database before it goes live.
The new version will retain your current tracked
projects/filters and includes many updates and
improvements, inlcuding:
• multiple-platform friendly
• new html (no install) plan viewer
• batch download into single pdf files • and so much more...
• personalized text/email notifications
We can't wait for you to see it!

Members hit the mark at Scholarship Fundraiser
MBEX gets magical
Elections + Annual Meeting
Historically, member companies have always loved the annual Sporting Clays Fundraiser. This year, participants
proved just how much by setting some records- with 199 shooters on 44 teams at 20 stations.
Just like Madonna, she has just one name. That
name is Suzanne. Suzanne tricked us all. But don't
feel bad. In addition to fooling MBEX staff and
members at our 2015 Fall Social, Suzanne tricked
Penn & Teller on their show Fool Us.
An important aspect of your membership rests in your
company's ability to elect those serving on the MBEX
Board of Directors. Make your voice heard!
But, wait for it...the best record broken:
$11,447.50 raised for the MBEX Scholarship Fund!
Hosted annually at Game Unlimited in Hudson, WI, shooters enjoy a picnic lunch, 100-clay shoot, a steak dinner,
free beer and awesome raffle prizes. The MBEX staff and
sporting clays committee put on a great event thanks to the
support of our generous membership. In addition, MBEX
and The Builders Group (TBG) both join in giving special
thanks to the volunteers that helped behind the scenes!

Fall Social at staggering rates, resulting in the mostattended exchange social in years!
On October 8, over 350 attendees joined us at the
Prom Center for a night of networking, drinks and buffet
food stations. Dinner tickets provided automatic entry
into door prize drawings, which included a 40" LED TV,
Samsung Tablet, mini fridge, gift cards, booze, Keurig and
much more!
In addition to great food and mingling, guests were
entertained by the dynamic entertainment of the Magic
of Suzanne, adding yet another fun twist to the evening.
