A guided walk led by Laura Cunningham, Cathkin Marsh Project Officer.
Learn about species that call the Marsh home and how we protect
them.
Meet at Cathkin Marsh Main Entrance.

The Badgers of Strathclyde Region
An illustrated talk by Steve Jackson-Mathews.
Steve holds a trusteeship of Scottish Badgers and is the chairman of
the Strathclyde Badger and Mammal Group. His wealth of experience in
observing and protecting badgers will provide a unique opportunity to
find out all that you wanted to know about badgers. A follow-up field
trip to watch badgers is planned for the spring of 2014.

Saturday 21st September Dams to Darnley woodland walk - Guided Walk

A guided walk led by Countryside Ranger Joe Connelly.
Explore the woodland in autumn before summer migrants depart and
while dragonflies still fly with Countryside Ranger, Joe Connelly.

The Raptors of Western Loch Lomond
Illustrated talk by John Simpson, Chair of the Central Scotland Raptor
Study Group. Come along to find out about raptors such as Golden Eagle
and Hen Harrier found in the western Loch Lomond area.
