The 26th Annual All-Ohio Model T Jamboree will be held in Gallipolis, Ohio on Labor Day
weekend - August 29th, 30th, and 31st. Your weekend registration form is enclosed, along with
local motel information. Room reservations are on your own, so be sure to do so by July 29th.
The registration table will be set up in the Hospitality Room of the Quality Inn (host motel) on
Friday after 12:00 noon so you can pick up your tour packets. After registration, meet and greet
friends, old and new at a complimentary Ice Cream Social. An optional Friday tour will include
sightseeing in Gallipolis.
Saturday's tour will take a scenic route through Point Pleasant, WV to Pomeroy, OR. We will
see sternwheelers on the Ohio River and some interesting historical sites along the way,
including the River Museum, Murals, the Mothman Legend and the West Virginia Farm
Museum. Saturday evening will conclude with a hearty banquet and the annual white elephant
auction around 7 p.m., so be sure to bring some nice items for bid.
Sunday morning we will take a scenic road through GaIIia County. We will spend some time
enjoying the sites along the way, which include quilt barns, Scenic By-Ways and Amish area.
We will travel to the Bob Evans Farm and visit the Rio Grande countryside.
Meals will be on your own, except for the Saturday evening banquet. Please note the banquet is
listed separately on the registration form. The main motels provide complimentary breakfast for
their registered guests. There will be plenty of restaurants in the area and along the tour routes.
PLEASE COMPLETE AND RETURN YOUR REGISTRATION & INSPECTION SHEET
WITH YOUR FEES BY JULY 29, 2014. DON'T FORGET TO MAKE YOUR MOTEL
RESERVATIONS . Pack your lawn chairs and spread the word with your friends and club
members.

As a participant on an MTFCI tour, you must inspect your car prior to
attending the tour to complete your tour registration. Please check each of the
following categories with a "Y" for yes, "N" for no, or "NA" for not applicable and
mail to the tour host before the tour. The responsibility for a car's safety and
mechanical condi tion rests with the owner/participant/operator.

related activities sponsored by the host chapter and the Model T Ford Club

• I certify that I have insurance coverage on the vehicle that covers my liability and
physical damage as required in my state of residence.

• I release and hold harmless tour host chapter officers, directors and members and
Model T Ford Club International officers, directors and members from liability
resulting in personal injury, damage to property, or other mishaps as a result of the
unsafe operation or mechanical failure' of my vehicle during a MTFCI tour. I
certify I inspected said vehicle and it is roadworthy, and I am, or my designate is,
qualified to drive this vehicle.
