hard work of developing as professionals. You will be
able to immerse yourself in externships, Semester-inPractice programs and legal clinic work that focuses
on elder law, civil practice, domestic violence and
juvenile justice. You will also have opportunities to
collaborate with faculty in their areas of research and
service, including the Immigration Detention Project and
nationally acclaimed Illinois Innocence Project.

externship with coursework in criminal law, health law, or

the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism
for our innovative, first-year professionalism program.
Our annual Women in Leadership Program prepares
students to be leaders while also learning about
challenges that women face as leaders within the legal
