Chef John Eisenhart, Executive Chef
Our chefs come to us with prestigious real­world experience and first­rate
educations. We're led by Executive Chef John Eisenhart, who's been with us since
March of last year. A native of Omaha and a graduate of the California Culinary
Academy, John's trajectory is inspiring. Sous chef at Mario Batali's Bappo in New
York. Sous chef at The Heathman Restaurant in Portland and eleven years as
executive chef at Pazzo Ristorante. Kimberely Supple, Pastry Chef A Springfield, Missouri native, our talented pastry chef has developed and honed
her skills over the last 15 years at some terrific establishments: The Nines Hotel,
Southpark, Rocket and Andina. Chef Kimberley was named Nel Centro pastry
chef in August of 2015. Do not miss her Brandied Pear Bread Pudding. Daniel Halverstadt, Sous Chef Rounding out our dream team is Dan, a graduate of the Treasure Island Culinary
Arts School. His career kicked off 15 years ago, with a five­year run as sous chef
at Log Haven, in Salt Lake City. At his next stop, he ran the line at The Veritable
