son and his father were walking on the mountains. Suddenly, his son falls and screams :
"AAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"
To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain : "AAAAAAhhhhhh!!!"
Curious, he yells : "Who are you??"
He receives the answer : "Who are you??"
And then he screams to the mountain : "I admire you!!!"
The voice answers : "I admire you !!!"
Angered at the response, he screams to the mountain : "Coward!"
He receives the answer : "Coward!"
He looks at his father and asks : "What's going on?"
The father smiles and says : "My son, pay attention."
Again the man screams : "You are a champion!"
The voice answers : "You are a champion!"
The boy is surprised but does not understand.
Then the father explains : "People call this ECHO, but really this is Life".
It gives you back everything that you say or do.
Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.
If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart. If you want more competence in your team, improve your competence. This relationship applies to everything in all
aspects of life :
Life will give you back everything you have given to it.
Your Life is not a coincidence. It's a reflection of you.

Kiya, an eight year old girl, heard her
parents talking about her little brother, Varun,
She came to know that her brother was very sick and
they were completely out of money. She heard her
dad say to her tearful Mother with whispered
desperation, "We have no-one to lend money for the
operation. Only a miracle can save him now."
Riya rushed to her room and pulled her glass jelly
jar. She poured all the coins on the floor and counted
it carefully. Carefully placing the coins back in the
jar and twisting on the cap, she slipped out of the
back door and made her way to the nearby pharmacy.
The pharmacist was too busy and she waited patiently
for the pharmacist to give her some attention. Riya
twisted her feet, cleared her throat with most
disgusting sound but nothing helped. Finally she took
a quarter from the jar and banged it on the glass
counter and that did it.
The pharmacist asked annoyingly, "What do you
want? I'm talking with my brother from Chicago
whom I haven't seen for ages."She replied, "I want to
talk to you about my brother, Varun. He is really sick
and I want to buy a miracle. My dad says only a
miracle can save him now. So how much does a
miracle cost?" He said, "We don't sell miracles here.
little girl."
Riya replied, "Listen, I have money for it. If it isn't
enough I'll get you more. Please tell me how much
does it cost."
The Pharmacist's brother stooped down and asked
her, "What kind of a miracle does your brother need?"
she replied, "I don't know. I just know that he needs
an operation but my dad can't pay for it and so I want
to use my money for it. I have seventy - two rupees
and fifty paise. But I can get some more if I need to."
He replied, "Well, what a confidence! The money
you have is exactly the cost of a miracle." He took the
money and said to her, "Take me to your house.I want
to meet your parents and brother. Let's see if I have
the kind of miracle that you need."
That man was Dr. Cartlon Armstrong, a
specialized neuro-surgeon, the operation was
completed without charge and Varun was back home
again and doing well. The family was very happy
thereafter.

C leanliness is
the main aspect of
environment and
air surroundings. It
is now a major issue
in India. India is very
wealthy with all
resources
but
currently
lags
behind in cleanliness. We as students, mainly
citizens need to keep our surroundings clean
and tidy. 'Charity begins at home' saying this we
need to start from our home.
Swacha Bharat or Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is
a campaign about "Clean India", organised by
our Prime Minister. Narendra Modi. It is a
national level campaign by the Government of
India covering 4041 statutory towns to clean the
streets, roads and infrastructure of the country.
This campaign was officially launched on 2nd
October 2014 at Rajghat, New Delhi. This
campaign aims to accomplish the vision of
'Clean India" Currently more than 3 million
employees and schools and college students of
India are participating in this mission to make
India clean and green.
We, and our future generations deserve a
clean and neat environment. As the citizens of
our motherland India, we have to make her
clean and green. If each of us follow this
campaign, definitely India will become clean
and tidy. Lets join our hands together and
pledge to maintain a clean and green nation.

A woman baked bread for members of her family and an extra one for a hungry passer by.
T
She
kept the extra bread on the Window - sill, for whoseover would take it away.
H
Every day, a hunch - back came and took away the bread. Instead of expressing gratitude, he
E muttered the following words as he went his way : "The evil you do remains with you : The good you
G do, comes back to you!"
went on, day after day. Every day, the hunch - back came, picked up the bread and uttered
O the This
words : " The evil you do, remains with you : The good you do, comes back to you!"
O
The woman felt irritated. " Not a word of gratitude. "She said to herself....
D
"Everyday this hunch - back utters this jingle! what does he mean?
"One day, out of desperation, she decided to do away with him. " I shall get rid of this hunch
Y back,
" She said. And what did she do? She added poison to the bread she prepared for him! As she
O was about to place it on the window sill, her hands trembled. " What is this I am doing?" she said.
Immediately she threw the bread into the fire, prepared another one and kept it on the window sill.
U
As usual, the hunch - back came, picked up the bread and muttered the words :
D
"The evil you do remains with you : The good you do, comes back to you!"
O
The hunch - back proceeded on his way, blissfully unaware of the war raging in the mind of the
woman. Everyday, as the woman placed the bread on the window - sill, she offered a prayer for her
C son
who had gone to a distant place to seek his fortune. For many months, she had no news of
O him... She prayed for his safe return.
That evening, there was a knock on the door. As she opened it, she was surprised to find her son
M
standing
in the doorway. He had grown thin and lean. His garments were tattered and torn. He was
E hungry, starved
and weak. As he saw his mother, he said, " Mom, It's a miracle I'm here. while I was
S but a mile away, I was so hungry that I collapsed. I would have died, but just then an old hunch back passed by. I begged of him for a small part of his food, and he was kind enough to give me a
B whole
bread. "As he gave it to me, he said, " This is what I eat everyday : today, I shall give it to you,
A for your need is greater than mine!"
C
"As the mother heard those words, her face turned pale and red. She leaned against the door for
K support. She remembered the poisoned bread that she had made that morning. Had she not burnt
it in the fire, It would have been eaten by her own son, and he would have lost his life!
T
It was then that she realized the significance of the words : "The evil you do remains with you:
O The good you do, comes back to you!"
Do good and : Don't ever stop doing good, even if it's not appreciated at that time.

As a role model inspire and motivate the younger students (Classes I - V)
of your school by writing an inspiring letter on how
to keep your surroundings clean.
My dear students,
Good day. and greetings!!!
Today I write this letter to you all with a good motive to motivate all of you to keep clean.
We spend our whole day in school and we should keep our school clean as we could spend our
day in a very pleasant and clean environment.
We children, can inspire our elders in terms of insisting cleanliness all the time and at all places
Let us celebrate everyday as a clean day by keeping our surroundings clean to make our
nation proud in international form.
Every business, from a restaurant, car show room, or a school, needs an efficient and economical way to keep its premises clean, not only for its reputation, but also for the health and well being of staff and customers. This will ultimately save you a lot of time as our school doesn't have to
interview, and employ a separate cleaning staff and train ourselves to do the specialized cleaning. It
will also save the money and we can use that for our school purpose. We should not use plastic items
as they don't decompose easily. The chemicals used to make common cleaning products are poisonous. By looking to what you already have at home, you can avoid both issues - save money while
avoiding the use of harmful and toxic chemicals. Instead of those harmful cleaning products we can
use some easy products like Vinegar, Baking Soda, Olive oil mixed with half a cup of lemon juice, etc.
These can be used for cleaning many things such as kitchen grout, furniture, dirt and grime. Don't
use plastic bottles, and instead of that use metal bottles and glass bottles.
7 Simple tips to keep our environment clean :
z Think before you buy.
z Reuse items that you already have.
z Make your own products.
z Borrow and share.
z Try repairing it before replacing it.
z Buy gently used items.
z Buy eco - friendly items.
The sooner we realize this truth, commit to it, and take action, the sooner our safety will be
assured. Studies also show that most people agree that we are in notable danger and we all agree
that each of us is responsible for our actions. Let us all take an oath today that we will clean up
the debris created while we use crackers on this Diwali. Let us now celebrate a clean Diwali. We
should unitedly spread the message of SWACHH BHARATH - dream of our beloved Gandhiji.

Self - confidence, the key to success is a trust of faith in your ownself. That is being certain that
what you are doing is perfectly correct. Here are few tips to help you increase your self - confidence.
S. SIVARANJANI
VIII - C
Veera Shivaji
Be up-to-date :
BELIEVE IN YOUR SELF :
Always have a good amount of
information on the topics of general
and current interest. If at a
gathering, the conversation turns to
any of the current topics, you should
be able to discuss it intelligently. And
even if you have no information on
it, you can still participate passively
by listening to the conversation.
Whenever you speak something
do it with self - confidence. If you
don't believe that what you say is
interesting, How will the audience
find it interesting ? Speak slowly and
in a well modulated tone so that the
listener can understand you clearly.
Always keep a good posture. A
relaxed erect posture leads you to
give clear and well thought out
responses in a discussion.
Be Optimistic :
Whenever a negative thought
arises cancel it with a positive
thought. As for example, if you
think, you will not be able to give a
speech properly, immediately cancel
it with a positive thought, by
thinking that you will be able to give
the speech in the best possible way.
CREATE YOUR OWN
STYLE :
Don't copy anybody.
By copying a person you
will get a feeling that the
person whom you copy is
superior and as a result
you suffer from
inferiority
complex.
SUCCESS :
Try and remember your
achievements as frequently
as you can. As for example,
how you did well in your
examinations or how you
managed a very critical
situation with great ease.
Find out the Origin
Get a competent counsellor to help
you understand why you do and what
you do. Learn the origin of your
inferiority complex and self - doubt
feelings and overcome these setbacks.
Emerson said, 'They conquer who
believe they can' and he added, "Do the
thing you fear again and again.
Practice of faith and confidence
will soon kill your fears and
insecurities.
And it will have no power on you".
