THE CHALLENGE RULES Everything edible on the plate must be consumed in one hour or less by one single Challenger. Challenger may not leave the table and must hold the meal until an official ruling BY MANAGEMENT. THE SMOKE RING Don’t be alarmed- that reddish, pinkish hue that you may find in your barbequed meat is a good thing. Your food is fully cooked, it is just a result from the meat being properly smoked and causes nothing but darn good flavor. So if anything, be excited if you see pink, it means you’re about to indulge into some mighty fine barbeque.
