PROJECT
Novare Group is developing Atlantic House, a
32-story luxury apartment project including 407
residential units and 13,103 sf of street-level office/
retail including Einstein Bros. Bagels and McCray’s
Tavern.
PROJECT LOCATION
Atlantic House is ideally located in the heart of
Midtown Atlanta. The project is located on West
Peachtree Street between 14th Street and 13th
Street.
PROJECT COMPLETION DATE
The project will be completed in August 2016.
PARKING
Ample on-site office/retail visitor and employee
parking.
SPACE SPECIFICATIONS
Space will be delivered with:
• Floor: Premises will have poured slab on grade
• Water: 2” domestic water supplied to premises
• Sewer: 4” sanitary line stubbed to Premises
• Natural Gas: 2” natural gas stubbed to premises
• Electrical: 400 amp 120/208V-3PH-4W located within
electrical room and available to retail tenants
• Sprinkler: Fire protections with upturned sprinkler
heads will be included in each retail premises
• Grease Trap: 4” grease line stubbed to each
appropriate premises which drains to a shared
grease trap
• HVAC: Tenant will provide HVAC system per
specifications of Tenant’s engineer to include splitcooling system with condensing units located within
the mechanical area
• Trash: Retail tenants will have shared access to a
common dumpster/compactor
• Storefront & Doors: Provided by Landlord
• Tenant Improvement Allowance: available from
Landlord
