Alan P. Rust, CCIM, specializes in the leasing and sale of retail properties throughout
Texas. Previously, Alan was with Sperry Van Ness. Prior to moving to Austin, he was
a commercial broker in Colorado where he earned recognition as a “Heavy Hitter”
in commercial investment sales from the Denver Business Journal. In addition, Alan
founded and served as president of Snowshoe Ridge Properties, LLC, a successful
real estate holding and development firm.
Alan has lead the charge for Retail Solutions with its investment sales program
capping off his tenure with the company with a fantastic 2012! Last year, he sold
Kingsville Retail Center, Pecan Station in Lockhart, Freddy’s Frozen Custard in
Pflugerville, Shops at Cameron in Austin, Victoria Corners II, Victoria Corners III,
Dumas Corners, and Pfluger Station in Pflugerville before the walls for the center
were even erected! Already in 2013 he has several of his clients’ properties under
contract and headed for closing.
Mr. Rust has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
designation and is active in the industry as a member of the International Council
of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors
(CTCAR) and the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA). Mr. Rust earned a bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from
Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York.

Ryan Hoff is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, and has been active in commercial
real estate throughout Texas for almost a decade. Prior to joining Retail Solutions,
Ryan worked for national investment sales firm, Marcus & Millichap (M&M), in a
number of capacities. In 2005, he joined their National Retail Group where he began
selling single and multi-tenant retail assets across the state of Texas. He specialized
in the disposition of investment properties from $1-20 Million, ranging from STNL
sale-leasebacks to national credit-tenant leased shopping centers. He also joined
their National Self Storage Group in 2009, and in 2010 he joined Marcus & Millichap
Capital Corporation (MMCC). While with MMCC, Ryan identified debt and equity
placement opportunities from $1-100 Million across the country. Before joining
M&M, Ryan sold and leased commercial properties in Austin for Henry S. Miller
Commercial.
Ryan is a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he received his
BBA in Finance from The McCombs School of Business. He is also a member of the
National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and
the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
