Warranty Information
Pool Wall Structures
Your Pioneer Family Pools Dealer guarantees that the entire wall and supporting structure of all Pioneer Inground Pools are free from manufacturing defects
and will perform satisfactorily for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool.
Inground Pool Coping
Your Pioneer Family Pools Dealer guarantees that the coping on all Pioneer Inground Pools are free from manufacturing defects and will perform
satisfactorily for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool.
Concrete Pool Bottoms
All concrete bottoms installed by Pioneer Family Pools are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship and will perform satisfactorily
under normal ground conditions for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool.
Inground Plumbing
All underground plumbing in your Pioneer Inground Pool is guaranteed not to leak under normal operating conditions for as long as the original purchaser
owns the pool and provided Pioneer winterizes the pool.
Concrete Pool Decks
The engineered perimeter deck installed by your Pioneer Family Pools Dealer is guaranteed to be free of settlement and to remain tight against the
coping for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool. Due to the inherent nature of concrete, cracking can
occur due to climatic conditions and is considered normal and is not covered by this warranty.

In addition to the above, for pools installed by your Pioneer Family Pools Dealer, the Liner Warranty covers 100% compensation for loss of
chemicals and labour, for the first 2 years only.
Extended Equipment Warranty
Your Pioneer Family Pools dealer extends the terms of Jandy’s original equipment warranty of 1 year by an additional 2 years to cover the
costs of materials and labour incurred in the repair of such equipment, with a $200 deductible payable by the pool owner in the 4th and 5th
calendar years.
*This warranty extension pertains only to a pool equipment system that consists solely of Jandy products.
General
These guarantees are in lieu of all expressed or implied. No representative or other person is authorized or permitted to make guarantees or to
assume liability not strictly in accordance with the terms as shown on the Guarantee Certificate, and this warranty is contingent on full payment
of the original purchase price being made by the purchaser.
All guarantees or warranties are void if pool or equipment is abused, or if proper maintenance, installation, and winterizing procedures are
not followed or if proper chemical care of the pool water is not maintained. All warranty claims must be submitted to your Pioneer Family Pool
Dealer’s Office, and must be accompanied by a duly executed original copy of the Pool Sale Agreement.

Transferable
This guarantee is transferable by the original purchaser to one only subsequent purchaser of the property on which the pool is
installed for a transfer fee of $500 which must be paid to the Pioneer Dealer within 30 days of the transfer of title of said property.
Pioneer Family Pools retains the right to inspect each pool before the transfer of said warranty.
