Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation h 31 Annual Banquet February 27, 2016 Welcome to our 31st annual Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation Banquet We sincerely appreciate your attendance, support for Idaho’s bighorn populations and our collective efforts to recover those populations on a statewide basis. Sportsmen/women are the true conservationists for our wildlife populations and have supported protection and management programs for over a century through license and tag sales. Your attendance tonight only exemplifies the extended willingness of our guests to support wildlife programs beyond those that are required. The Board of Directors thank you for your support and hope you enjoy the evening. _________________________________________________________________________________ Cover photo – Mr. Blake Kelly, from Rockford Alabama, drew the 2015 Idaho Lottery Tag and harvested this low 170’s ram in unit 37. . History The Idaho Wild Sheep was founded in the 1985” by two dozen concerned sportsmen who wanted to “put more bighorns on Idaho’s mountains.” From that core group, many of which are still very active on our board and committees, we have grown to a thriving organization with over 400 committed members.
